Recently, at its General Director's Office, THACO organized training on artificial intelligence (AI) for 45 personnel, including leaders and heads of THACO's basic management departments.
In his opening remarks at the training session, Mr. Pham Van Tai, General Director of THACO, emphasized: "To realize the goal of becoming a leading multi-industry industrial group in ASEAN, THACO is constantly innovating and applying advanced technologies and techniques to its production and business activities. With the strong development of science and technology, AI is becoming increasingly popular and applied in many fields. However, human beings are the decisive factor in controlling and maximizing the potential of this tool. The harmonious combination of AI and human thinking, creativity, and problem-solving abilities will open up many opportunities for THACO to achieve new successes."
During the training session, Dr. Mark Spittle from MOIVAO (a provider of advanced solutions in 360°, 3D, and AR technology in Vietnam) presented on the development of AI; its applications in data analysis and content creation; and trends and strategies for businesses to adapt to AI technology.
Participating in the training session, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Phuc - Head of Digital Transformation and Information Technology at THACO, shared: "The training session helped me better understand the application of AI tools in fields such as investment, transportation, retail, etc., especially the ability to quickly identify potential risks. As the person in charge of cybersecurity, mastering the use of AI helps me improve the effectiveness of detecting and handling threats, thereby protecting the Group's information systems safely and promptly."
"From the sharing of international lecturers, I gained a lot of useful knowledge, as well as new perspectives on the application of AI in recruitment and candidate profile evaluation. This has helped me select candidates who are a good fit for the Group's culture in this new phase," said Ms. Vo Thi Le Anh - THACO Human Resources Department.
Through this training session, participants are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to confidently apply AI to their practical work, thereby increasing labor productivity and product quality, contributing to promoting digital transformation, and creating new breakthroughs in technology at THACO.
