Recently, at the General Office, THACO organized training on artificial intelligence (AI) for 45 personnel who are Leaders and in charge of THACO Basic Management Departments.
Speaking at the opening of the training session, Mr. Pham Van Tai - General Director of THACO emphasized: "To realize the goal of becoming a leading multi-industry corporation in ASEAN, THACO constantly innovates and applies advanced technologies and techniques to production and business activities. With the strong development of science and technology, AI is becoming more and more popular and applied in many fields. However, humans are the decisive factor in controlling and exploiting the maximum potential of this tool. The harmonious combination of AI and human thinking, creativity and problem-solving ability will open up many opportunities for THACO to achieve new successes".
At the training session, Dr. Mark Spittle from MOIVAO Company (a provider of advanced solutions in the field of 360, 3D and AR technology in Vietnam) presented on the development of AI; applications of AI in data analysis and content creation; trends and strategies for adapting AI technology for businesses.
Attending the training session, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Phuc - THACO Digital Transformation and Information Technology Department shared: "The training session helped me better understand the application of AI tools in areas such as investment, transportation, retail,... especially the ability to quickly identify potential risks. As a cybersecurity manager, mastering how to use AI helps me improve the effectiveness of detecting and handling risks, thereby protecting the Group's information system safely and promptly."
"From the sharing of international lecturers, I learned a lot of useful knowledge, as well as new perspectives on applying AI in recruitment and evaluating candidate profiles. Thereby, selecting candidates suitable for the Group's culture in the new period", said Ms. Vo Thi Le Anh - THACO Human Resources Department.
Through the training, students are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to confidently apply AI to practical work, thereby increasing labor productivity and product quality, contributing to promoting the digital transformation process, creating new breakthroughs in technology at THACO.
