Exciting activities in March: "Youth and Traditional Culture" at the Vietnam Ethnic Culture and Tourism Village.

The program showcases the traditional culture of the Tay and Nung ethnic groups in Thai Nguyen province, featuring a reenactment of a ritual for praying for peace and prosperity. This is a festival to thank heaven and earth for bestowing health upon the village, clan, and family at the beginning of the new year, and to pray for a harmonious, warm, and prosperous year. Following the ceremony, the festivities include games such as throwing the ball and tug-of-war.

In addition, the cultural exchange program "The Spring Day Resounds with Then Songs" featured performances of folk songs and dances: Sli singing, Luon singing, Tinh lute playing, and Then singing... unique and distinctive, praising the homeland, the national identity of the region, creating a joyful, enthusiastic, and warm atmosphere.

As part of the "Colorful Mong Ethnic Culture" program in Nghe An province, the "Spring Festival of the Mountains and Forests" folk song and dance exchange program of the Mong ethnic people is taking place. This is a comprehensive program of singing, dancing, and music performed by Mong ethnic artisans through musical activities and performances telling stories about the beauty of the mountains and forests when spring arrives; listening to the people introduce the khene (a traditional wind instrument) and watching khene dance performances, and experiencing the traditional culture of the Mong people in Nghe An.

Also in March, the Vietnam National Ethnic Culture and Tourism Village hosted many unique folk song and dance programs by the ethnic groups living and working at the Village. Among them was the folk song and dance program "March in the Central Highlands - You Are the Pơ Lang Flower" by the ethnic groups of the Central Highlands, featuring songs praising the natural beauty, culture, and people of the Central Highlands as March arrives, accompanied by the vibrant sounds of Central Highlands musical instruments.

Visiting the Vietnam Ethnic Culture and Tourism Village during this time, tourists also have the opportunity to participate in traditional folk games such as throwing the ball, walking on stilts, swinging, tug-of-war..., and enjoy unique dishes of ethnic minorities such as five-colored sticky rice, chicken stew with bamboo shoots, grilled fish... of the Muong ethnic group; rice rolls of the Nung ethnic group; braised pork belly, fish stew with sour bamboo shoots, sausages, smoked meat, stuffed bamboo shoots... of the Tay and Nung ethnic groups.

In addition, visitors have the opportunity to experience tea picking, weaving, musical instrument making, handicraft making, wine brewing, and learning about traditional folk cakes...
