
The annual "Customer Appreciation Month" is held on the occasion of the anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Vietnamese Electricity Industry (December 21st). With the message of continuing to work together to overcome the consequences of natural disasters and accompanying customers in using electricity safely and stably, in 2025, many meaningful and practical activities aimed at the community and society will be actively implemented by the electricity industry in general and Thanh Hoa Power Company in particular.

"Drinking water, remember the source," "Eating fruit, remember the tree planter" are the moral principles and fine traditions of our nation. To show gratitude to wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, families of policy beneficiaries, and those who have contributed to the revolution, Thanh Hoa Power Company annually chooses visiting and giving gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers as the first activity in its "Customer Appreciation Month" program in 2025.

Continuing its meaningful social welfare activities during the "Customer Appreciation Month" in 2025, Thanh Hoa Power Company organized visits and presented 600 gifts, each worth 500,000 VND, to poor households, families receiving preferential treatment, and elderly people living alone; and donated 2,000 energy-saving LED light bulbs to disadvantaged families in remote villages and hamlets.

In addition to donating 600 gifts of anti-myopia desk lamps worth 500,000 VND each to schools in the province, in 2025, Thanh Hoa Power Company will also incorporate the message of safe, economical, and efficient electricity use for the future leaders of the country.

In addition, Thanh Hoa Power Company also organized a voluntary blood donation program, in response to the 11th EVN Pink Week launched by Vietnam Electricity Group, contributing to ensuring the supply to the national blood reserve to promptly treat and save the lives of patients.

On this occasion, Thanh Hoa Power Company visited and presented gifts to express gratitude to large industrial customers, which are on the list of key energy-consuming facilities implementing the Demand Response (DR) program, such as Long Son Co., Ltd., VAS Nghi Son Joint Stock Company, Bim Son Cement Joint Stock Company, Nghi Son Cement Company... contributing to creating cohesion, strengthening coordination, and working together to ensure national energy security.

In collaboration with major customers, including 110kV customers in the province, in 2025, Thanh Hoa Power Company coordinated with 50 customers to conduct free inspection, maintenance, and industrial cleaning of 55 transformer substations owned by customers, with a total cost of approximately 200 million VND for this program.

Thanh Hoa Power Company also organized a Customer Appreciation Conference in 2025 to meet with and express gratitude for the attention, support, and cooperation of local authorities, partners, and customers. This was also an opportunity for the power industry to listen to and receive heartfelt feedback from customers, thereby continuing to improve service quality and enhance the experience for organizations, businesses, individuals, and households using electricity.

At the conference, Thanh Hoa Power Company honored outstanding agencies, units, and businesses in Thanh Hoa province that consistently use electricity safely, economically, and efficiently.

With many meaningful and practical activities, the "Customer Appreciation Month" program in 2025 received enthusiastic support from a large number of electricity users. These positive results are an important foundation for the electricity sector to continue improving its operational efficiency, contributing to fulfilling the mission of "electricity leading the way," and meeting the increasingly high demands of society.
