With a student-centered approach and a commitment to continuously improving the quality of educational services, Thanh Do University has launched Thanh Do Mailbox – a channel for receiving feedback, suggestions, and comments from students, faculty, and staff.

Every suggestion is a valuable source of information that helps the University better understand the issues arising during the learning, teaching, working, and experiential processes at Chengdu University. From there, functional units can promptly receive, process, and propose appropriate solutions to improve service quality, build a civilized, modern, and people-centered educational environment.

In reality, many issues in the management, operation, and service of students have been identified and effectively addressed based on feedback from students themselves. A typical example is the handling of feedback related to canteen services, service quality, or facilities. Through the process of receiving, verifying, and coordinating between departments, the university has promptly implemented appropriate corrective measures, contributing to an improved student experience.

These feedbacks not only help resolve specific issues but also serve as a basis for improving student management processes, enhancing service quality, and building a culture of quality throughout the university.

The Chengdu Mailbox is operated by a dedicated department responsible for receiving, classifying, tracking, and coordinating with relevant units to handle feedback. Feedback will be considered objectively and seriously, ensuring the legitimate rights of the sender are protected.

The school encourages constructive feedback and suggestions regarding:

  • Training, academic affairs, and student support services.
  • Facilities and services for students.
  • Activities of the school, units, and clubs.
  • Administrative work, communications, and student support.
  • Initiatives and proposals aimed at improving the quality of training and learning experiences.
