Establishment of the Steering Committee for the "Autumn Fair 2025"

Accordingly, the Prime Minister decided to establish the Steering Committee for the "Autumn Fair 2025" to assist the Prime Minister in directing and coordinating the resolution of important, inter-sectoral tasks related to the implementation of the Autumn Fair 2025 (Fair).

The Steering Committee consists of the following members:

Comrade Bui Thanh Son, Deputy Prime Minister - Head of the Committee.

Comrade Nguyen Hong Dien, Minister of Industry and Trade - Permanent Deputy Head of the Committee.

Comrade Nguyen Sinh Nhat Tan, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade - Deputy Head of the Committee.

Comrade Ho An Phong, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism - Deputy Head of the Committee.

Comrade Nguyen Manh Quyen, Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee - Deputy Head of the Committee.

Members:

Comrade Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc, Deputy Minister of Finance;

Comrade Nguyen Minh Hang, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs;

Comrade Pham Manh Hung, Deputy General Director of Voice of Vietnam;

Comrade Do Thanh Hai, Deputy General Director of Vietnam Television;

Comrade Nguyen Sy Truong, Deputy General Director of Vietnam News Agency.

Establishment of the Steering Committee for

The Steering Committee is responsible for advising and proposing specific and effective plans, solutions and methods to carry out the Fair's activities. Assisting the Prime Minister in directing, coordinating and urging relevant ministries, branches and localities in the process of organizing the Fair and performing other tasks as required by the Prime Minister.

The Steering Committee works part-time, promotes personal responsibility, performs functions, tasks and powers according to the Regulations on organization and operation of the Steering Committee issued by the Head of the Steering Committee.

Establishment of the Organizing Committee of the 2025 Fall National Fair

The Head of the Steering Committee uses the Prime Minister's seal; Deputy Heads and Members use the seals of the agencies where they work.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade is the standing body of the Steering Committee, developing the Regulations on organization and operation of the Steering Committee and submitting them to the Head of the Steering Committee for signature and promulgation; using the existing apparatus to organize the implementation of tasks assigned by the Steering Committee, ensuring that the Ministry's staff is not increased as assigned by the competent authority.

Agencies with members participating in the Steering Committee use their existing apparatus to perform tasks to assist the Steering Committee, operating on a part-time basis.

Members of the Steering Committee are responsible for reporting to the Head of the Steering Committee on the implementation of assigned tasks periodically or suddenly as requested by the Head of the Steering Committee, proactively reporting on issues arising during the implementation of tasks. Reports of members of the Steering Committee are sent to the Standing Body of the Steering Committee for monitoring, synthesis, and at the same time sent to the Head of the Steering Committee.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade - the standing agency of the Steering Committee is responsible for presiding over and coordinating with relevant ministries, agencies and localities to synthesize and report to the Prime Minister and the Head of the Steering Committee periodically or suddenly on the situation and results of the implementation of the Fair's activities.
