Establishing and renaming 26 grassroots youth union organizations under the Provincial Youth Union.

Following the provincial merger, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Dak Lak province has received 88 affiliated grassroots organizations. These include 56 grassroots branches and 32 grassroots unions, with a total of 11,333 members.

Based on documents regarding the merger and consolidation of agencies and units in Dak Lak province after the provincial merger; the Decision on the acceptance of grassroots youth union branches of the Provincial Youth Union; and the actual situation, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union established 16 grassroots youth union branches based on the merger and consolidation of youth union branches in the merged agencies and units; renamed 10 grassroots youth union branches according to the names of the new agencies and units; and retained the names and levels of the youth union branches of the remaining grassroots youth union branches.

Specifically, the newly established grassroots Youth Union branches include: the Youth Union branch of the Dak Lak Department of Industry and Trade; the Youth Union branch of the Dak Lak Newspaper, Radio and Television; the Youth Union branch of the Dak Lak Department of Construction; the Youth Union branch of the Dak Lak Department of Finance; the Youth Union branch of the Dak Lak Department of Science and Technology; the Youth Union branch of the Dak Lak Provincial Youth Union; the Youth Union branch of the Dak Lak Department of Justice; the Youth Union branch of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Court; the Youth Union branch of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Procuracy; the Youth Union branch of the Dak Lak Department of Internal Affairs; the Youth Union branch of the Dak Lak Provincial Post Office ; the Youth Union branch of the Dak Lak Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; the Youth Union branch of the Dak Lak Department of Agriculture and Environment; the Youth Union branch of the Dak Lak Power Company; the Youth Union branch of the Dak Lak Department of Health; and the Youth Union branch of the Dak Lak Tax Department.

Members of youth organizations at the grassroots level participate in experiential activities.

The following grassroots Youth Union branches have been renamed: the Youth Union branch of the Party Building Departments of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee; the Youth Union branch of the Dak Lak Provincial Federation of Labor; the Youth Union branch of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee Office; the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Phu Yen General Hospital; the Youth Union branch of Phu Yen Traditional Medicine Hospital; the Youth Union branch of Dak Lak Provincial Rehabilitation Hospital; the Youth Union branch of the Management Board of Projects and Construction in the Eastern region of Dak Lak province; the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Phu Yen Vocational Education and Continuing Education Center; the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Phu Yen Ethnic Boarding High School; and the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Dak Lak Provincial Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital.

The establishment and organization of the Youth Union corresponds to the organization of the Party, agencies, and units, and is in line with the actual situation of the Youth Union. It is also an important step in reorganizing the grassroots Youth Union organizations before transferring them to the direct control of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Provincial Party Agencies and the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Provincial People's Committee in the near future; aiming to reduce the number of subordinate units under the Provincial Youth Union, streamline the apparatus, and increase the efficiency of coordination and support for grassroots Youth Union activities.
