On the afternoon of July 5th, the launch ceremony of the Strategic Human Resources Alliance for the Implementation of Resolution 57-NQ/TW took place in Hanoi. This is an important event, contributing to the development of human resources to ensure the implementation of Resolution 57-NQ/TW, organized byFPT Group in coordination with various ministries, departments, and units.
With the aim of contributing to the development of a generation of highly competent, technologically savvy personnel equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills, ready to participate in the implementation of Resolution 57-NQ/TW, academies and universities have signed an agreement to establish and launch the Strategic Human Resources Alliance for the implementation of Resolution 57-NQ/TW.
Representatives from five leading academies, universities, and colleges participated in the signing ceremony, including: Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics ; Academy of Cryptography; Hanoi University of Science and Technology; University of Technology - Vietnam National University, Hanoi; and FPT University.
An alliance comprising parties with diverse strengths would be a major boost, contributing to the nation's steady and sustainable progress.
This alliance will contribute to building and developing a high-quality workforce of intellectuals and experts to meet the requirements of socio-economic development, the national digital transformation, and international integration.
The Alliance also promotes training programs to enhance public administration, leadership, and state management skills relevant to the new context. Through this, the Alliance contributes to improving research capacity, innovation, and the application of artificial intelligence in training, governance, and policy planning.
In addition, FPT University announced a strategic reserve force training program comprising 8 supplementary knowledge blocks essential for students in the new context, such as: State management and public administration; Data management and information security; Project management and innovation management; Digital education and human resource development…
This program helps information technology students become highly skilled professionals with data-driven management thinking, capable of organizing and implementing digital transformation, and possessing a foundational knowledge of public administration and governance. These are essential qualities that a "57-year-old engineer" needs to fulfill important national tasks in the new context of integration and development.
They can participate in supporting state agencies, ministries, localities, and businesses in implementing Resolution 57-NQ/TW as well as other resolutions. This is an elite force, ready to work alongside the main force to "fight" on the digital transformation front on a national scale.
Also this afternoon, alliance members held the Human Resource Development Forum - a new impetus for implementing Resolution 57/NQ-TW, demonstrating a strong commitment from representatives of various sectors and forces in society to promote high-quality human resource training programs, ensuring the success of national digital transformation, and leading Vietnam into a strong and sustainable digital era.
