Establishment of the Strategic Human Resources Alliance to implement Resolution 57-NQ/TW

On the afternoon of July 5, the launching ceremony of the Strategic Human Resources Alliance to implement Resolution 57-NQ/TW took place in Hanoi. This is an important event, contributing to the development of human resources to ensure the implementation of Resolution 57-NQ/TW, organized by FPT Corporation in coordination with ministries, departments and units.

With the aim of contributing to building and developing a generation of human resources with good professional capacity, understanding of technology, equipped with necessary knowledge and skills, ready to participate in implementing Resolution 57-NQ/TW, academies and universities have signed to establish and launch the Strategic Human Resources Alliance to implement Resolution 57-NQ/TW.

Representatives of 5 leading academies, universities and colleges participated in the signing, including: Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics; Academy of Cryptography; Hanoi University of Science and Technology; University of Technology - Vietnam National University, Hanoi; FPT University.

An alliance involving parties with different strengths will be a big boost, contributing to creating momentum for the country to move forward firmly and sustainably.

This alliance will contribute to building and developing a team of high-quality intellectuals and experts to meet the requirements of socio-economic development, national digital transformation and international integration.

The Alliance also promotes training programs, fostering public administration, leadership and state management skills suitable for the new context. From there, the Alliance contributes to improving research capacity, innovation and application of artificial intelligence in training, governance and policy making.

In addition, FPT University announced a strategic reserve force training program including 8 additional knowledge blocks, necessary for students in the new context such as: State management and public administration; Data management and information security; Project management and innovation management; Education and digital human resource development...

This program helps IT students to be professionally competent, have data-based management thinking, have the ability to organize and implement digital transformation, and have basic knowledge of public administration, public management, etc. These are the necessary qualities that a "57 engineer" needs to have to carry out important tasks of the country in the new context of integration and development.

They can participate in supporting state agencies, ministries, localities, and enterprises to implement Resolution 57-NQ/TW as well as other resolutions. This is an elite force, ready to accompany the main force to "fight" on the digital transformation front at a national scale.

Also this afternoon, the alliance members held a Human Resources Development Forum - a new impetus to implement Resolution 57/NQ-TW, demonstrating a strong commitment from representatives of social sectors and forces to promote the high-quality human resource training program, ensuring the success of national digital transformation, bringing Vietnam into a strong and sustainable digital era.
