
At the conference, on behalf of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies, National Assembly Deputy Pham Phu Binh informed the voters about the results of the First Session of the 16th National Assembly , which included many important contents such as consolidating key positions in the State apparatus, considering and passing many draft laws; and also reported on the results of resolving and responding to voters' requests in the past period.
Expressing strong agreement with the session's results, voters in Hoang Mai ward acknowledged the innovative spirit and responsibility demonstrated by the National Assembly and its members... Many opinions focused on issues such as land, land clearance, healthcare , administrative procedure reform, and social welfare.

In the field of land management, voters reflected on the slow process of issuing land use right certificates; the unresolved issues of land disputes and overlaps; and the low compensation rates for land clearance and crop damage, which negatively impact people's rights.
Notably, voters requested adequate support policies for over 100 households in Tan Hung block, located in the Trin field area within the Nghi Son Economic Zone solid waste treatment project; they also requested attention to definitively resolve outstanding land-related issues, ensuring legitimate rights and stable living conditions for the people.

In addition, voters also suggested improving the quality of medical examination and treatment; accelerating administrative procedure reforms; paying more attention to grassroots officials; and establishing mechanisms to support the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
Voters also requested investment in and restoration of the Rocket Cave relic site to be worthy of its status as a National Historical Monument, contributing to preserving historical values and developing local tourism.
At the conference, representatives from the Department of Agriculture and Environment and the leaders of Hoang Mai Ward People's Committee directly explained and clarified several issues within their jurisdiction.

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Head of the Standing Delegation of the National Assembly of Thai Binh Province, Thai Thi An Chung, acknowledged and highly appreciated the sense of responsibility and the heartfelt, frank opinions of the voters in Hoang Mai ward; and at the same time requested the departments, agencies, and localities to continue to pay attention to and promptly resolve the requests within their authority, especially those related to land, land clearance, social welfare, and the health sector.
For recommendations that fall outside their jurisdiction, the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies will compile them fully and forward them to the National Assembly, the Government, and central ministries and agencies for consideration and resolution, in order to meet the legitimate aspirations of the voters.
On this occasion, the Delegation of National Assembly Deputies of Nghe An province presented 10 gifts to families entitled to preferential policies and those who have rendered meritorious services to the revolution in Hoang Mai ward.

Earlier, during a meeting with voters in Yen Thanh commune, Deputy Head of the Standing Delegation of the National Assembly of Thai Binh province, Thai Thi An Chung, and National Assembly member Pham Phu Binh, who works full-time at the Committee on National Defense, Security and Foreign Affairs, recorded 13 opinions from voters, focusing on issues related to agricultural and rural development; supporting the consumption of agricultural products when rice prices are low; accelerating the progress of the Sen-So road project; resolving obstacles in granting land use right certificates; and paying attention to the regime and policies for grassroots officials, part-time officials, and ensuring social security... Also at the meeting, the Delegation presented 10 gifts to 10 disadvantaged households in Yen Thanh commune.
