March has become an occasion for youth union members and young people nationwide to express their love for their homeland through practical actions directed towards border areas, seas, and islands. Joining this spirit, the youth of the Border Guard Force (BGF) in Ca Mau province actively compete and coordinate with local departments, agencies, and organizations to organize many meaningful activities, contributing to spreading the image of the green-uniformed soldier and strengthening the solidarity between the military and the people.

The "March Border Program" in 2026 is being implemented to celebrate the success of the 14th National Congress of the Party, the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam , and the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.

Through these activities, the program contributes to raising awareness, fostering ideals about territorial sovereignty , and promoting the pioneering and volunteer spirit of young people in participating in socio-economic development and caring for the lives of the people, especially in coastal border areas.

The Ca Mau Border Guard Command launched the "Three Pioneers for Victory" movement to encourage Border Guard officers and soldiers to participate in the Youth Month 2026.

According to Mr. Ma Huu Duyen, Secretary of the Dat Mui Commune Youth Union: “Youth Month” and “March Border Month” are important political activities that help educate patriotism, express gratitude to the border protection forces, and create motivation for young people to train and contribute to the cause of building and protecting the Fatherland.

The youth of Tam Giang Tay Border Guard Station, in coordination with the local authorities, launched the "Youth Month" and "March Border Month" campaigns.

According to Colonel Nguyen Quang Ha, Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Border Guard Command: Since the beginning of the year, the Youth Union's work and youth movement have been effectively implemented, promoting the pioneering and creative spirit of young people. Particularly noteworthy is the "Three Pioneers for Victory" movement, which has contributed to improving the quality of training, combat readiness, building a regular and disciplined system, and reforming administration.

Officers and soldiers of Dat Mui Border Guard Station and local youth union members are supporting digital transformation and the operation of a two-tiered local government model.

Young people from Tan Tien Border Guard Post, in coordination with the youth union and local authorities, repaired rural roads.

Soldiers from the Tam Giang Tay Border Guard Post, along with local youth union members, cleaned the memorial area for fallen heroes and martyrs.

During the "Youth Month" and "Border March" of 2026, the units carried out many practical projects and tasks: cleaning, clearing, and repairing more than 20km of rural roads; collecting nearly 60m³ of waste; planting more than 2,000 trees; giving 50 gifts (30 million VND) to disadvantaged households; providing free haircuts for more than 350 people; awarding 10 scholarships (15 million VND) in the "Helping Children Go to School - Children Adopted by Border Guard Posts" program; mobilizing resources to build 3 "Houses of Compassion" worth 150 million VND, along with many other social welfare activities.

The Rach Goc Border Guard Station, in coordination with local authorities, visited and presented gifts to families in difficult circumstances in the area.

In the coming period, the Youth Union of the Provincial Border Guard Command will continue to maintain and improve the effectiveness of models such as: "Youth Month", "March at the Border", "Helping Children Go to School - Children Adopted by Border Guard Posts", "Borderland Lessons", "Border Guard Scissors", "Border Guard Loudspeaker", "Youth Volunteer Team Supporting Digital Transformation"... Through these initiatives, they will promote a spirit of initiative and responsibility, contributing to building a strong coastal border region and enhancing the qualities of "Uncle Ho's Soldiers" in the new era.
