Just hours after taking office as President, Donald Trump will implement a series of policies promised during his election campaign, including large-scale deportations of undocumented immigrants.

NBC News, citing sources from Trump's transition team, reported this. According to a Trump campaign official, the changes are expected to occur at an unprecedented pace to signal a dramatic shift from President Joe Biden's administration. Trump is prepared to reverse his predecessor's policies on his first day in office. Among the measures to be implemented are the rapid and widespread deportation of undocumented immigrants, ending reimbursement for travel expenses for military personnel seeking abortion services, and restricting access to gender confirmation services for transgender military personnel. However, much of the first day will focus on preventing illegal immigration, a central issue in Trump's campaign. The president-elect is expected to sign five executive orders addressing this issue after his inauguration. An ally of Trump revealed: "There will certainly be a lot of rapid action, right from day one, on the immigration front. There will be a push to implement a big plan and to assert that the campaign promises weren't empty words." However, Trump's campaign promises are also difficult to fulfill. Deporting undocumented immigrants will be a logistical challenge that could last for years. Questions about the tax cut promise remain. Furthermore, the promise to end the Russia-Ukraine conflict within 24 hours is almost impossible to achieve. Nevertheless, Trump's advisors at his Mar-a-Lago resort and at his West Palm Beach, Florida office, are reportedly strategizing to end the conflicts in the Middle East and Ukraine. Following his decisive victory on November 5th, the President-elect has acted swiftly to assemble his cabinet and senior White House advisory team. By November 21st, Mr. Trump had selected more than 30 people for high-level positions in his administration, compared to 3 people selected during his transition period in 2016.
