The prize structure is distributed according to 4 branch areas: Hung Yen, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh , Vinh Long (Details according to the attached list)
d) Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company commits to award the correct prize described in the "Prize Content" Column. - Promotion program details and rules:
8.1 Specific conditions, methods and procedures that customers must follow to participate in the promotion program:
⮚ Conditions to participate in the program:
For each promotional purchase value of 500,000 VND (including VAT) in the order, the customer will receive 1 "Gift Opening" turn.
⮚ Customers can choose to open each time or open all at once for orders with 5, 10 or 15 gift openings or more. Details are in the section "Methods and procedures to participate in the program".
The maximum number of simultaneous "Gift Opening" times is no more than 15 times each time.
⮚ How and procedures to participate in the program:
+ Sales staff go directly to customers' points of sale to introduce the promotion program and support customers in filling in order information (order information includes information such as: customer code, name and quantity of products ordered) on the sales application "Smartsales" of Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company ( "System "). After completing the information entry, the sales staff selects "” to move to the order confirmation screen within 02 (two) minutes from the time of completing the customer's order information entry.

“Based on the value of the promotional goods on the order, the customer will receive the corresponding number of gift openings. The customer continues to click on the arrow icon next to the word “Required” to enter the Gift Opening screen.
The screen displays 30 product logos and Acecook logos corresponding to 30 gift boxes. Customers choose one of two ways to "Open the gift":
Method 1: Select a random logo icon box to determine the gift
Customers click “OK” and continue to open new gifts in the same way until all remaining gift openings are used up.
Customers can check the total number of gifts won after completing the "Opening Gift" by clicking on the gray scroll bar on the right edge of the screen. The system will display a list of prizes that the customer has won.
Method 2: Customers choose the number of gift openings they want to open in the box showing the number of gift openings right next to the "Open gift" box.
Next, the customer clicks the "Open gift" button, the screen will simultaneously display the number of gift boxes corresponding to the number of gift openings the customer has selected.
Customers click “OK” to complete the gift opening round and continue with the new gift opening round until all available gift opening rounds are completed.
Customers can check the total number of gifts won after completing the "Opening Gift" by clicking on the gray scroll bar on the right edge of the screen. The system will display a list of prizes that the customer has won.

8.2 Time and method of issuing proof of winning
Proof of winning is a minimum purchase order of VND 500,000 (including VAT) of products in the list of promotional goods stated in Section 2 of these Rules and the order is recorded on the system during the promotion period (according to Section 3 of the Rules), then the customer will receive a Gift Opening turn on the prize determination system - which is also the program's purchasing system on a tablet provided by a sales staff of Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company for customers to use to place orders and Open gifts.
Customers will receive the gift opening turn within 2 minutes from the time they click the “ 
” and the system switches to the order information confirmation screen. (The last time for customers to receive gift opening is until 23:30, May 31, 2025)
8.3 Regulations on evidence to determine winnings
a) A valid order is an order with a promotional product value that meets the minimum requirements (according to section 8.2) recorded on the System during the promotional period (order deadline is 23:30 on May 31, 2025); (“ Valid Order ”).
An Invalid Order is an order that does not meet the conditions of a Valid Order set out above or is an order that has been used to participate in the program (“ Invalid Order ”).
b) The total number of lucky “Opening” prizes expected to be issued in the promotion program is 1,757,217. The promotion program may end earlier than expected if all registered prizes are exhausted. Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company will notify the competent state management agency and ensure full rights of customers who have participated in the program.
8.4 Time, place and method of determining winners
From 7:00 on May 2, 2025 to 23:30 on May 31, 2025, customers will use the gift opening turn to determine the winning prize at their point of sale as follows:
– Based on the number of promotional items successfully ordered:
For each promotional purchase value of 500,000 VND (including VAT) in the order, the customer will receive 1 "Gift Opening" turn.
Customers can choose to open multiple Lucky Gift Boxes at the same time if they have 5, 10 or 15 or more gift openings.
The maximum number of gift openings at the same time is no more than 15 gift boxes at one time.
8.5 Winner Notification
Acecook Joint Stock Company staff will directly notify customers about the remaining quantity of each type of prize at each branch before customers place orders and open gifts.
After each Gift Opening and completion of all Gift Openings on the system, Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company's Sales Staff will show customers the value and quantity of each type of prize.
After completing the gift opening, the customer checks the information and signs the confirmation on the "Customer Information Confirmation Form for Participating and Winning the Promotion Program" provided by the sales staff of Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company to confirm the value of the promotional goods purchased to participate in the program and the number of prizes won through opening the gift to determine the winning prize according to the regulations in the Rules (if any) directly at the location of the prize opening. The "Customer Information Confirmation Form for Participating and Winning the Promotion Program" is the original copy stating the order date, customer code, order number, value of the promotional product that the customer ordered, the number and value of the prize that the customer won and the customer's confirmation signature.
8.6 Time, place, method and procedure of awarding prizes
– For prizes: 10,000 VND, 20,000 VND, 30,000 VND, 300,000 VND: Customers will have the entire prize value directly deducted from the value of the goods in the valid Order to participate in the promotion program on the delivery note issued by the Level 1 Distributor under the management of Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company (“ Delivery Note ”). The prize value will be paid back by Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company to the Level 1 Distributor after completing the program settlement.
– For prizes of: 3,000,000 VND, 30,000,000 VND: After the customer wins the prize, within 72 hours from the time the customer receives the winning notification, an employee of Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company will call the customer from the program's hotline number (according to the list in section 9 of the rules) to reconfirm the winning customer's information including information according to the form "CONFIRMATION TABLE OF INFORMATION OF CUSTOMERS PARTICIPATING AND WINNING THE PROMOTION PROGRAM", the time of awarding the prize.
In addition, customers need to provide accurate personal information and purchased order information according to the "CONFIRMATION FORM FOR WINNING PROMOTION PROGRAM TRANSFER PRIZE" so that Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company can proceed to pay the prize by direct transfer to the account number provided by the customer according to the form below.
– The delivery note is made in 03 (three) copies, the customer keeps 01 (one) copy, the awarding unit (Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company) keeps 01 (one) copy and the level 1 distributor keeps 1 copy.
– The delivery note with full information and signature of the winning customer will be collected and submitted to the awarding unit.
The Organizing Committee will determine the prize as a prize without a winner to pay to the State Budget according to current legal regulations in case the prize awarding period has expired but:
+ Unable to determine the winner;
+ Customers do not receive the prize: The prize awarding period has expired but the winning customer cannot be contacted; the customer provides incorrect prize receiving information; the customer does not sign the Delivery Note when the awarding party delivers the goods; the customer refuses to receive the prize.
Determining the total value of prizes without winners is the basis for deduction to the State budget based on the summary report of the total value of prizes awarded to customers according to the methods and regulations mentioned above.
The deadline for awarding prizes to winning customers is 45 days from the end of the promotion period.
The winning customer must pay personal income tax according to the law and Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company will support the implementation of irregular personal income tax payment procedures on behalf of the winning customer (if any).
Specifically, Acecook Vietnam will carry out the procedures for paying irregular personal income tax on behalf of all customers for those who receive a total prize value of over 10 million VND (if any).

10. Responsibility for information disclosure:
● Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company announces the promotion program on the website https://acecookvietnam.vn/truyen-thong-khuyen-mai, and to the sales staff, delivery staff, sales supervisors and Level 1 Distributors under the management of Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company in the area where the promotion is implemented.
● Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company is responsible for notifying the winners and paying the prizes, and announcing the results of the promotion program on the website https://acecookvietnam.vn/truyen-thong-khuyen-mai.
11. Other regulations:
● Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company is fully responsible for the management and accuracy of the winning evidence.
● Organizing promotional programs must ensure fairness, transparency and objectivity.
● If the winning customer agrees, Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company will use the name and image of the winning customer for commercial advertising purposes.
● In case of any dispute related to this promotion program, Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company is directly responsible for resolving it. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be handled according to the provisions of current Vietnamese law.
● NTT Data Vietnam Co., Ltd. and Level 1 Distributors under the management of Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company are responsible for coordinating with Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company in handling customer inquiries, complaints, and compensation related to the honesty of the program (including winning results).
● For prizes without winners, Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company must be responsible for paying in cash 50% of the announced value of that prize to the State budget according to the provisions of Article 96.4 of the Commercial Law.
● Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company commits to properly implement and take full responsibility for the above promotional program in accordance with current laws.
