The Phi Xa Bridge connects Le Hong and Tu Cuong communes (Thanh Mien district) across the Cuu An River, on the East-West axis at km 6 + 833. The bridge is 154 meters long with 3 Super T girder spans. It has 2 abutments and 2 piers made of reinforced concrete placed on a system of bored piles, with a cross-section of 12 meters. The total construction cost is approximately 48 billion VND.
