Construction without signs or barriers

On December 16, on Tran Phu Street ( Bac Lieu City), a construction unit cut the road surface to install a propaganda sign system.

Workers wearing shirts with the word “Hiep Luc” use machines to cut two parallel lines from the edge of the sidewalk to the hard median strip of Tran Phu Street - (photo) . Although the traffic density on this main road is high, the construction area is not equipped with signs, barriers, traffic diversions, speed limits, or traffic control personnel.

This action violates regulations on traffic safety conditions during construction, endangering people, vehicles participating in traffic and even workers on duty.
