On December 16th, a construction unit cut the road surface on Tran Phu Street ( Bac Lieu City) to install a system of informational signage.

Workers wearing shirts with the words "Hiep Luc" (Cooperation) are using a machine to cut two parallel lines from the edge of the sidewalk to the concrete median strip on Tran Phu Street (photo) . Despite the high traffic density on this main road, the construction area lacks warning signs, barriers, traffic diversions, speed limits, and traffic guides.

This action violates regulations regarding traffic safety conditions during construction, endangering people, vehicles participating in traffic, and even the workers on duty.
