Regarding the results of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, in 2024, the Youth Union chapters at all levels in the town actively organized propaganda and disseminated topics on studying and following Uncle Ho.
The entire town organized 29 propaganda sessions with the participation of a large number of Youth Union officials and members. In particular, the Town Youth Union directed 100% of Youth Union bases to mobilize members to participate in testing and evaluating learning on the Vietnam Youth application, considering this an important criterion for year-end emulation assessment.

Political and ideological education work is carried out through various forms, such as: Organizing conferences to deploy thematic topics about Uncle Ho; organizing activities to return to the source, journey to red addresses; promoting activities to repay gratitude, remember the source of water; propagating about the Congress of the Vietnam Youth Union at all levels.
The Youth Union of the town also established the Zalo OA page “Tuoi tre thi Cai Lay” to promote the propaganda of the Party’s guidelines and the State’s policies and laws. On the occasion of the 55th anniversary of implementing Uncle Ho’s Testament, 100% of the Youth Union branches organized a political activity called “Remembering Uncle Ho - Our hearts are brighter”, attracting a large number of members to participate.

In 2024, the City Youth Union established the clubs "Young Propaganda at Relic Sites" and "Propaganda of Revolutionary Songs". The Youth Union at all levels organized 48 journeys to red addresses with the participation of more than 5,700 union members and young people. In particular, in July, gratitude activities - Drinking water, remembering the source were widely deployed, with many meaningful works and tasks such as: Cleaning, sanitation, tree planting, visiting families with meritorious services...
The Youth Union at all levels has coordinated with relevant sectors to organize many activitiesto educate about ethics and cultural lifestyle, focusing on the application of digital technology. Notable activities include: Propagating about laws, historical traditions and culture; posting news and articles "One good news a day, one beautiful story a week" on social networks; organizing activities in response to Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day; implementing the model of "Online Youth Bookshelf", "Online Bookshelf about Uncle Ho".
Secretary of Cai Lay Town Youth Union Pham Thanh Tra said that these activities have attracted the attention of many union members and young people and brought about positive results. In general, the educational work of Cai Lay Town Youth Union in the past year has achieved many encouraging results, contributing significantly to building a young generation with patriotism, ethics, a cultured lifestyle, and dynamism and creativity.
