Specifically, at the land development auction site in Xuan Hoa hamlet, Nghi Duc commune (Vinh City), on November 7th, the Asset Auction Service Center offered 33 land plots for auction, received over 60 applications, and successfully sold 25 plots through the auction.
Revenue from land auctions exceeded the planned target of 65 billion VND by 12.74 billion VND and increased by 11.9% compared to the starting price. The lowest-valued plot was 2.2 billion VND, the highest-valued plot was 4.46 billion VND, with an average price of 21 million VND/ m² .

Similarly, in Dien Chau district, the Provincial Asset Auction Service Center put 43 lots in the coastal tourist area of Hamlet 3, Dien Hai commune, up for auction on December 3rd, selling 430 bids. As a result, all 43 lots were successfully auctioned with a total value of 48.148 billion VND, an increase of 16.99 billion VND compared to the plan, equivalent to a 54.54% increase compared to the starting price; the lowest bid increased by 200 million VND and the highest bid increased by nearly 500 million VND per lot compared to the starting price.

Earlier, on the afternoon of December 2nd, in Dien Cat commune (Dien Chau district), the Center held an auction for 44 plots of land in Dien Cat and Dien Loi communes. As a result, 153 people purchased application forms and participated in the auction, including 125 applications for 39 plots in Dien Cat commune and 31 applications for 5 plots in Dien Loi commune. Ultimately, 32 out of 44 plots were sold, totaling 36.25 billion VND, exceeding the planned target by 5 billion VND.

Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Minh, Director of the Provincial Asset Auction Service Center, said: "Since the beginning of November, there have been more positive signs, with a high auction rate, increasing by 10-20% compared to the starting price, and no cases of forfeited deposits."
Specifically, in Vinh City, although transactions are sluggish, in planned and construction areas, if the starting price is reasonable, there are still buyers. Meanwhile, in Dien Chau and Nam Dan districts, the number of people purchasing application forms and participating in auctions has increased in areas recently put up for auction. This is a positive sign compared to the beginning of the year, when some auction areas and locations, despite repeated announcements, failed to sell application forms and had no bidders.

Sharing information on the sidelines of the auction with reporters, Mr. Phan Xuan Vinh - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Dien Chau district - said: The two recent land auctions in Dien Cat and Dien Hai communes show signs of warming up in the district's land auction market. In the near future, the district will put nearly 200 land plots in Dien Hung, Dien Xuan communes, etc., up for auction and hopes that the upcoming auctions will be successful and maintain this level of attractiveness.
An investor from Nghi Phu commune, Vinh City, who participated in the auction in Dien Hai commune, also shared: Currently, investors are quite professional and closely follow market developments, so only areas where the starting price has been adjusted downwards compared to the peak nearly two years ago attract investors to purchase application forms and participate in the auction.
