Eating healthy, focusing on plants, exercising and moving moderately, and going to bed at a certain time are habits that help two doctors and a millionaire reverse the aging process.
The trend of health care to help rejuvenate biological age has been growing in recent years. With a regular schedule, some people have successfully kept their bodies young and achieved maximum longevity. They combine healthy eating, avoiding stress, moderate exercise, waking up at 5am, drinking green tea, and doing regular blood tests and MRIs.
Accordingly, David Sinclair, 53 years old, anti-aging researcher at Harvard, became famous for reversing his biological age by 10 years. He measured his age based on the scientific platform Tally Health - allowing users to check their biological age and give advice to improve their lifestyle.
To do this, Sinclair often drinks one to two cups of green tea a day. This drink contains cancer-preventing molecules, supplemented with resveratrol, a chemical found in red grapes. This active ingredient can be an antioxidant, protecting the body from environmental damage, reducing the risk of cancer and cardiovascular disease.
Dr. Sinclair abstains from alcohol, eats a plant-based diet, and practices “intermittent fasting” whenever possible. This is a term used to describe a cyclical eating and fasting regimen that allows the body time to fully digest food while severely limiting calorie intake.
There are two forms of intermittent fasting: time-restricted eating (eating for 6-8 hours and fasting for the remaining 16-18 hours) or continuous fasting for 16 to 24 hours, twice a week.
Dr Sinclair believes this method has had a positive impact on his biological age. He also uses a standing desk at work to avoid sitting for long periods of time.
He emphasized the importance of minimizing stress, ensuring a relaxed, non-startling state to keep stress levels low.
Dr. Mark Hyman, a longevity expert, said he had successfully reversed his biological age. Tests based on cell markers showed that his biological age had decreased from 63 to 43. According to Mr. Hyman, healthy habits, nutrition and exercise can reduce health problems caused by aging such as joint pain and chronic diseases.
Dr. Hyman starts his day at 6 a.m. He usually spends 20 minutes meditating, which helps reduce stress. He also drinks coffee, which has been shown in some studies to reduce the risk of heart disease and dementia.

Hyman then did resistance training to relieve back pain and build muscle. He often took three-minute showers at 4 degrees Celsius, believing the cold water would improve his metabolism and reduce inflammation.
Hyman follows a paleo and vegan diet that focuses on heart-healthy, plant-based whole foods. He also uses a variety of supplements to maintain his energy and keep his stress levels low.
Bryan Johnson, 45, a biotech entrepreneur, says he has successfully turned eight years younger through healthy habits and rigorous health tests. Johnson says he has the heart of a 37-year-old, the skin of a 28-year-old and the lung capacity of an 18-year-old.
Compared to Hyman and Sinclair, Johnson's lifestyle is even more disciplined. Johnson created a program called Project Blueprint, which required him to follow a strict vegan diet, consume 1,977 calories, and exercise for an hour a day. He also did intense workouts three times a week and went to bed at a set time.
“What I do may sound extreme, but I'm trying to prove that you can prevent aging and the harmful effects it has on yourself,” Johnson says.
Typically, he wakes up at 5 a.m., takes 20 supplements, exercises for an hour, then drinks juice containing creatine and collagen peptides, and brushes his teeth with tea tree oil and antioxidant gel.
Johnson wears blue-light-blocking glasses for two hours before bed. He also constantly monitors his vital signs, has monthly physicals, and undergoes ultrasounds, MRIs, endoscopies, and blood tests to maintain his results.

To repair his sun-damaged skin, Johnson uses seven creams daily, undergoes acid peels, and undergoes weekly laser treatments. To improve the hearing in his left ear, which was damaged by childhood hunting trips, he undergoes sound therapy, testing the limits of audible frequencies and then creating inaudible sound fields to stimulate the cells in his ear and brain. He also weighs himself daily, measuring his body mass index, body fat, blood sugar, and heart rate.
