Notice on biometric information addition and identity document update for Corporate Customers

In compliance with Circular 17/2024/TT-NHNN of the State Bank, from July 1, 2025, to ensure safety and smoothness of all transactions on digital banking channels, at counters and ATM.CDM systems, VPBank informs and recommends that Corporate/Organizational Customers:

Complete updating the valid Identity Documents (ID) of all Individuals of organizations that have registered information with VPBank (hereinafter referred to as "Individuals"), before January 1, 2025;
Complete the addition of Biometric information of the Legal Representative of the account holder (hereinafter referred to as “NDDHP”) with a valid GTTT, before July 1, 2025.

Updating identity document information and biometric data at VPBank is extremely quick and convenient:

Online via VPBank NEOBiz digital banking
- Applicable to Customers who are Vietnamese citizens using CCCD/Chip-based ID Card
- Take action with 3 simple steps:
  - Step 1: Download VPBank NEOBiz app => Select the feature "Update Biometrics and GTTT"
  - Step 2: Select biometric update for Payment Account
  - Step 3: Add information and complete the update according to system instructions

Directly at VPBank branches/transaction offices or through Customer Care Specialist :

You can come directly to all VPBank branches/transaction offices nationwide or through the Sales Officer in charge.

For Customers who are Vietnamese citizens: Prepare a valid Citizen ID card/Chip-based ID card
For foreign customers: Prepare original/valid notarized passport.

(*) Note:
- Only update GTTT and biometric data on VPBank NEOBiz or at VPBank branches or contact Customer Care Specialist for support.
- VPBank staff when supporting customers to update data never send login request links, provide user, password, CCCD number, OTP code, or any other personal information. VPBank recommends that businesses be more vigilant against forms of fraud and scams .

- It is recommended that businesses do not purchase/use external NFC devices at home to avoid information security risks for personal devices.
- In case the phone does not support reading the NFC chip of the CCCD/CC card with chip, please contact customer service specialist or go to the nearest VPBank branch for support.
