I. Time to perform upgrade:
1. 1st time (45 minutes): From 9:00 p.m. to 9:45 p.m. on July 4, 2025 (Friday)
2. Second time (120 minutes): From 6:15 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. on July 5, 2025 (Saturday)
3. 3rd time (60 minutes): From 01:00 – 02:00 am on July 7, 2025 (Monday)
4. In addition, due to the impact of the upgrade, all VPBank Branches and Transaction Offices nationwide will temporarily close from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 5, 2025. On Monday morning, July 7, 2025, all Branches and Transaction Offices will return to normal operations.
5. During the system upgrade, all credit cards issued by VPBank will operate normally.
II. Products and services temporarily interrupted during the upgrade period:
1. Electronic banking services :
- Operations to access VPBank NEO, VPBank NEOBiz/NEOBiz Plus digital bank accounts on website, mobile website and App versions.
- Transactions to and from Debit account/card;
- Automatic payment scheduling transactions via card , bill payment (via e-banking versions/platforms).
2. Debit Card : (including both physical and non-physical cards): Debit card payment transactions via POS/ECOM.
3. Other payment transactions : Invoices, collection/payment through partners (domestic, remittance), public services/Tax/Customs, transferring and receiving money to VPBank accounts 24/7...
4. Wallet linking services : True Money, Smartnet, VinID, ShopeePay, ZaloPay, EcPay, MOMO, VNPT , MPay, FinViet, Vietlot,...
5. Chain financing services
6. In particular, " New service registration" transactions: Loan registration (credit, mortgage), valuation, opening new/activating accounts, online identification (eKYC), opening new/updating VAN, opening new savings deposits, opening new cards, ... will be interrupted during the period from 21:00 on July 4, 2025 to 16:30 on July 6, 2025.
The upgrade timing has been carefully considered to have the least impact on Customer transactions. We hope that Customers will sympathize with any inconvenience in transactions during the above upgrade period.
