BHG - On April 4, 2025, the Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 466/QD-UBND on the revocation of 79,855.2 m² of commercial and service land of FLC Group Joint Stock Company belonging to plots 1, 6, 8, 10, 12, 13 of cadastral map No. TĐ83-2019 in Minh Khai ward (Ha Giang city). This is the land area leased from December 2020 to implement the Mo Neo Mountain Eco- tourism Resort project.

According to the Decision of the Provincial People's Committee, the project has terminated its investment activities since September 26, 2022 as announced by the Department of Planning and Investment. However, after more than 24 months, the investor has not exercised its related rights and obligations, nor has it handled the assets attached to the land as prescribed. Therefore, the State decided to reclaim the land without compensation for the land and assets on the land. The reclaimed land area is assigned to the Provincial Land Fund Development Center for management in accordance with the provisions of the 2024 Land Law. The province also requested FLC Group Joint Stock Company to comply with the decision and return the Land Use Rights Certificate to the Land Registration Office under the Department of Agriculture and Environment.
