
Located in the Moc Chau plateau with its favorable climate, Mr. Nguyen Quang Vinh's Amifarm farm has become a shining example of an agricultural model combined with tourism. Spanning over 5 hectares, the farm maintains a model that combines agricultural production with a tourist attraction, offering enjoyable experiences for visitors. Mr. Vinh shared: To ensure high-quality raw materials, the farm currently owns a herd of 42 dairy cows, cared for and raised according to a strict, closed-loop process, guaranteeing the best product quality. Thanks to this scientific care process, the herd provides the facility with an average of 200 kg of fresh milk per day. Not stopping at a family-scale operation, Amifarm also collaborates with other dairy farmers in the area. This provides a source of raw materials for producing dairy products that meet a range of stringent standards such as VietGAP, GlobalGAP, CODEX, IFOAM, and ISO, serving the processing of traditional yogurt under the Amifarm Moc Chau brand.

The systematic investment from the source has helped the Amifarm Moc Chau full-cream yogurt product line proudly receive the OCOP 3-star provincial certification in 2023. The product line includes three main products: full-cream yogurt, black sticky rice yogurt, and passion fruit yogurt. Thanks to their superior quality, the fresh milk and yogurt products from Mr. Vinh's family farm are now not only consumed within the province but also available in Hanoi , Hai Phong, and many neighboring provinces and cities, and are favored by consumers.
To reduce pressure on the consumption of raw fresh milk, and to diversify products, along with the support of the State through the "Project to support machinery for producing dried yogurt at Amifarm Moc Chau" with funding of nearly 300 million VND, Amifarm Moc Chau has invested in a modern freeze-drying system worth 680 million VND, with a processing capacity of 70 kg of raw materials per drying batch, allowing for the production of approximately 3,600 kg of freeze-dried yogurt per year.

Mr. Vinh further shared: Freeze-dried yogurt is a new product line on the market, with the outstanding advantage of preserving its characteristic delicious flavor and being convenient for storage and long-distance transportation. Thanks to this, Amifarm Moc Chau's freeze-dried yogurt was selected as one of the province's typical rural industrial products in 2025. This helps the company's products affirm their brand reputation and opens up opportunities to penetrate major distribution systems and supermarkets nationwide.
Besides breakthroughs in deep processing technology, Amifarm Moc Chau is also an ideal destination for those who love ecotourism and experiential agriculture. At Amifarm, visitors can learn about the meticulous care of the cows, from their diet and rest schedule to their health; they will also be introduced to advanced milking equipment, ensuring food safety and hygiene, and the milk quality control process.
