DTO - To seriously implement Directive No. 42-CT/TW dated January 16, 2025 of the Politburo "on strengthening the Party's leadership in the work of education on thrift, integrity, uprightness, impartiality" (abbreviated as Directive No. 42-CT/TW of the 13th Politburo), on April 2, 2025, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee organized a political and ideological conference with the theme "Education on thrift, integrity, uprightness, impartiality associated with the work of preventing corruption, waste, and negativity in the new era, the era of national development". The conference was broadcast online to 257 points across the province, with more than 42,000 cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, and workers attending.
Party members, officials and workers attended the conference on political and ideological activities on education of "diligence, thrift, integrity, impartiality and selflessness" at the Dong Thap Community College bridge point.
Immediately after the study session, on the afternoon of April 2, 2025, Party committees and organizations at all levels in the units and localities in the province focused on exchanging and discussing the content of the topic "Education on thrift, integrity, uprightness, impartiality associated with the work of preventing corruption, waste, and negativity in the new era, the era of national rise". The discussion focused on clarifying a number of tasks and solutions on education and practice of "thrift, integrity, uprightness, impartiality in the new era, the era of national rise"; promoting the role of Party committees, Party organizations, cadres, Party members, especially leaders in implementing Party regulations and State laws on education and practice of "thrift, integrity, uprightness, impartiality" associated with the work of Party building and rectification; studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style; implementing the responsibility of setting an example and revolutionary ethical standards of cadres and party members in the new period...
To continue raising the awareness and actions of cadres, party members and people in the province about the role, importance and urgency of educating and practicing "diligence, thrift, integrity, impartiality", contributing to building a clean and strong Party, State and political system, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission guides party committees and party organizations in the province to organize the study, dissemination and propaganda of Directive No. 42-CT/TW of the 13th Politburo practically and effectively.
The Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the district-level Party Committee presides over and coordinates with the District-level Political Center to advise the Party Committee on organizing a conference to study and discuss Directive No. 42-CT/TW of the 13th Politburo for cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and workers in district-level agencies, departments and branches. The grassroots Party Committees and Party cells lead and direct the organization of studying and discussing Directive No. 42-CT/TW of the 13th Politburo for cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and soldiers in agencies and units fully and seriously. Duration: 1 day (1 study session, 1 discussion session), to be completed in April 2025. Except for comrades who studied at the online conference organized by the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on April 2, 2025.
Party cells and Party committees make the content of education, learning and practicing "diligence, thrift, integrity, uprightness, impartiality" a mandatory topic of activities in Party cells, local Party committees, agencies, units, and socio-political organizations; the topic of activities must be linked to discussion, connection to the actual situation and proposed solutions for implementation; the chairperson must proactively suggest and direct discussions of the topic of activities. The Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations proactively develop plans to organize learning and propaganda to implement Directive No. 42-CT/TW of the 13th Politburo in the activities of branches, groups, self-managed people's groups, guild halls, and club activities with many rich and attractive forms such as: thematic activities, seminars, exchanges, competitions, meetings, cultural and artistic activities, activities to celebrate the traditional days of the industry and units... The completion time is in April and will be implemented regularly in 2025.
In 2025 and the following years, Party committees, agencies, units and localities in the province will regularly inform and propagate on mass media, digital platforms, social networks; seminars, workshops, forums, conferences, political and social activities, association halls, self-governing people's groups, publications and propaganda documents... Thereby, affirming the concretization of the standards of "diligence, thrift, integrity, uprightness, impartiality" into Party regulations, State laws, professional ethics, codes of conduct, office culture, contributing significantly to preventing corruption, waste and negativity; the urgency of educating and practicing "diligence, thrift, integrity, uprightness, impartiality" within the Party, the political system and the whole society; It is the responsibility of Party committees, Party organizations, and leaders to implement Party regulations and State laws on education and practice of "diligence, thrift, integrity, impartiality" associated with the work of Party building and rectification, studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and lifestyle, and fulfilling the responsibility of setting an example and setting revolutionary ethical standards for cadres and Party members in the new period.
At the same time, district Party Committees, city Party Committees, and Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee strengthen the work of inspection, supervision, urging, and reminding Party Committees and Party organizations at all levels to organize the study, dissemination, and propaganda of Directive No. 42-CT/TW of the 13th Politburo seriously, qualitatively, and effectively; promptly combat and effectively refute incorrect and hostile information and viewpoints that distort the Party's policies and guidelines on education and practice of "diligence, thrift, integrity, uprightness, impartiality."
