DTO - To seriously implement Directive No. 42-CT/TW dated January 16, 2025, of the Politburo "on strengthening the Party's leadership over the work of educating on diligence, thrift, integrity, impartiality, and selflessness" (abbreviated as Directive No. 42-CT/TW of the 13th Politburo), on April 2, 2025, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee organized a political and ideological conference with the theme "Education on diligence, thrift, integrity, impartiality, and selflessness associated with the fight against corruption, waste, and negative phenomena in the new era, the era of national progress." The conference was broadcast online to 257 locations throughout the province, with more than 42,000 cadres, Party members, civil servants, public employees, and workers participating.

Party members, officials, and workers attended the political and ideological conference on education regarding "diligence, thrift, integrity, righteousness, and selflessness" at the Dong Thap Community College's remote location.

Immediately following the training session, on the afternoon of April 2, 2025, Party committees and organizations at all levels in the province focused on exchanging and discussing the thematic content "Education on diligence, thrift, integrity, impartiality, and selflessness in conjunction with the fight against corruption, waste, and negative phenomena in the new era, the era of national progress." The discussion focused on clarifying several tasks and solutions regarding the education and practice of "diligence, thrift, integrity, impartiality, and selflessness in the new era, the era of national progress"; emphasizing the role of Party committees, organizations, and cadres and Party members, especially leaders, in implementing Party regulations and State laws on the education and practice of "diligence, thrift, integrity, impartiality, and selflessness" in conjunction with Party building and rectification; and the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style. the fulfillment of the responsibility of setting an example and upholding revolutionary moral standards for cadres and Party members in the new era...

To further enhance the awareness and actions of cadres, Party members, and the people in the province regarding the role, importance, and urgency of educating and practicing "diligence, thrift, integrity, righteousness, and selflessness," contributing to building a clean and strong Party, State, and political system, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department guides Party committees and organizations at all levels in the province to organize the study, understanding, and dissemination of Directive No. 42-CT/TW of the Politburo of the 13th Party Congress in a practical and effective manner.

The Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the district-level Party Committee, in coordination with the district-level Political Center, will advise the Party Committee on organizing a conference to study and discuss Directive No. 42-CT/TW of the Politburo of the 13th Party Congress for cadres, Party members, civil servants, and employees in district-level agencies and departments. Party committees and grassroots Party branches will lead and direct the organization of the study and discussion of Directive No. 42-CT/TW of the Politburo of the 13th Party Congress for cadres, Party members, civil servants, and soldiers in their respective agencies and units in a thorough and serious manner. The duration will be one day (one study session, one discussion session), to be completed in April 2025. This excludes those who attended the online conference organized by the Provincial Party Standing Committee on April 2, 2025.

Party branches and committees should incorporate the education, study, and practice of "diligence, thrift, integrity, righteousness, and selflessness" as a mandatory thematic activity within local party committees, branches, agencies, units, and socio-political organizations; thematic activities must be linked to discussions, relate to the actual situation, and propose solutions for implementation; the presiding comrade should proactively suggest and guide the discussion of thematic activities. The Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and political and social organizations will proactively develop plans to organize the study and dissemination of Directive No. 42-CT/TW of the Politburo of the 13th Party Congress in branch meetings, group meetings, self-governing people's groups, community centers, and club activities with many rich and attractive forms such as: thematic activities, seminars, exchanges, competitions, gatherings, cultural and artistic activities, activities commemorating the traditional day of the industry and unit... The time for completion is in April and implementation is regular throughout 2025.

In 2025 and subsequent years, Party committees, agencies, units, and localities in the province will regularly disseminate information and propaganda through mass media, digital platforms, social networks; seminars, workshops, forums, conferences, political and social activities, community centers, self-governing people's groups, publications, and propaganda materials... This will affirm the concretization of the standards of "diligence, thrift, integrity, righteousness, and selflessness" into Party regulations, State laws, professional ethics, codes of conduct, and workplace culture, making a significant contribution to preventing corruption, waste, and negative practices; and highlighting the urgency of educating and practicing "diligence, thrift, integrity, righteousness, and selflessness" within the Party, the political system, and society as a whole. The responsibility of Party committees, Party organizations, and leaders is to implement the Party's regulations and the State's laws on education and practice of "diligence, thrift, integrity, righteousness, and selflessness," in conjunction with Party building and rectification, studying and following Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style, and fulfilling the responsibility of setting an example and upholding the revolutionary moral standards of cadres and Party members in the new era.

Simultaneously, district Party committees, city Party committees, and Party committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee strengthened inspection, supervision, urging, and reminding subordinate Party committees and organizations to seriously, effectively, and efficiently organize the study, understanding, and dissemination of Directive No. 42-CT/TW of the Politburo of the 13th Party Congress; and promptly and effectively combat and refute false and hostile information and viewpoints that distort the Party's policies and guidelines on education and the practice of "diligence, thrift, integrity, righteousness, and selflessness."
