Join hands to support students in overcoming difficulties. For many years, An Thang Primary School (An Lao commune) has maintained activities to support students from disadvantaged backgrounds through specific and practical actions.

Alongside this, many effective models have been maintained, such as the "Revolving Health Insurance" program, "Livelihood Support for Disadvantaged Women," women's savings groups, religious women's groups, "Happy Family" clubs, digital transformation activities, and the "Digital Literacy Movement"... In addition, the Association has coordinated with the Social Policy Bank to effectively manage preferential loan capital. In the first six months of 2026, the Association actively reviewed eligible recipients, guided them in preparing applications, and promptly disbursed funds to members and the public, with 115 households accessing capital totaling 4.5 billion VND. Loan programs for job creation, students, and clean water and sanitation have created opportunities for many members to develop production and business, increase income, and stabilize their lives.

Ms. Ngo Hong Phan added that the model the Association is most proud of is the "Revolving Health Insurance" program. Stemming from the reality that many members are still facing difficulties and lack the means to participate in health insurance, the Association has mobilized members to contribute monthly to build a revolving fund to purchase health insurance cards. To date, the revolving fund has provided 93 health insurance cards to members and women in difficult circumstances in the area. The most significant aspect of the model is not only helping members access healthcare services but also fostering a spirit of solidarity and mutual support within the women's community. Those who receive support today will continue to contribute to support others in the future, creating a humane and sustainable cycle.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai Giau, residing in Phu Thu hamlet, shared: “I find the ‘Revolving Health Insurance’ model to be humane and practical, helping many women in difficult circumstances access and maintain health insurance cards, contributing to reducing the burden of medical expenses for their families. The implementation of the model through monthly revolving contributions is suitable for the economic conditions of many families and promotes the spirit of solidarity and mutual support within the women's community. Many female members expressed their reassurance at being supported in participating in health insurance, especially elderly women, women in difficult circumstances, single mothers, and near-poor households.”
