Forecast of domestic pepper prices tomorrow.

According to forecasts, on November 30, 2024, domestic pepper prices will continue their strong upward trend, with many localities seeing an increase of 2,000 VND/kg, exceeding 145,000 VND/kg.

Today, November 29, 2024, domestic pepper prices continue to rise compared to yesterday, November 28, 2024; some provinces have seen an increase of 1,500 VND/kg.

Specifically, Gia Lai and Binh Phuoc provinces both increased by 1,000 VND/kg; Dak Nong increased by 1,300 VND/kg; while Ba Ria - Vung Tau and Dak Lak provinces increased by as much as 1,500 VND/kg.

Accordingly, today, November 29, 2024, the price of pepper is lowest in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province at 141,500 VND/kg; followed by Binh Phuoc at 142,000 VND/kg; Gia Lai at 142,500 VND/kg; and Dak Lak and Dak Nong at 143,500 VND/kg.

The average price of pepper today, November 29, 2024, is 142,600 VND/kg, a sharp increase of 1,300 VND/kg compared to yesterday, November 28, 2024.

Forecast for tomorrow's world pepper prices

According to the International Pepper Association (IPC), the world pepper price update at the end of the most recent trading session showed the market remaining largely stable compared to the previous update, with the exception of Indonesia and Brazil, which saw slight increases.

Specifically, IPC listed the price of Indonesian Lampung black pepper at US$6,624/ton, up 0.42%; the price of Muntok white pepper at US$9,131/ton, up 0.33%. The price of Brazilian ASTA 570 black pepper also increased by 1.63%, reaching US$6,000/ton. The price of Malaysian ASTA black pepper was US$8,400/ton; the price of Malaysian ASTA white pepper reached US$10,500/ton.

Specifically, the price of Vietnamese black pepper remained stable at US$6,200/ton for the 500 g/l grade, and US$6,500/ton for the 550 g/l grade; the price of white pepper remained unchanged at US$9,400/ton.

According to forecasts, world pepper prices tomorrow, November 30, 2024, will remain stable, with any increase or decrease being insignificant.
