The People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province has just issued a decision amending and supplementing four decisions approving the results of selecting investors to implement four complex urban area projects in Cam Lam district.

The four projects include the Cam Hoa mixed-use urban area, the Cam Thuong mixed-use urban area, the Suoi Tan mixed-use urban area, and the Cam Tan mixed-use urban area (all located in Cam Lam district).
Specifically, the Cam Hoa complex urban area covers nearly 300 hectares of land, has a population of approximately 4,410 people, and a total investment of over 5,240 billion VND.
The project is being implemented in Cam Tan and Cam Hoa communes, with Cam Hoa Complex Investment Joint Stock Company winning the bid.
The Cam Thuong complex urban project covers an area of nearly 300 hectares, with a projected population of approximately 4,010 people and a total investment of nearly 6,000 billion VND.
The project is located in the communes of Cam Tan and Suoi Tan, and the bid was awarded to Cam Thuong Complex Investment Joint Stock Company.
The Suoi Tan complex urban project covers an area of nearly 240 hectares, with a projected population of approximately 4,020 people and a total investment of over 5,100 billion VND.
The project is being implemented in Suoi Tan commune, and the Suoi Tan Complex Investment Joint Stock Company won the bid.
The Cam Tan complex urban area project covers over 290 hectares of land, has a projected population of approximately 4,020 people, and a total investment of over 5,730 billion VND.
The project is located in the communes of Cam Tan and Suoi Tan, and the bid was awarded to Cam Tan Complex Joint Stock Company.
According to the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province, these projects will be implemented within 6 years from the date the investor is allocated land, leased land, or has their land use purpose changed.
These works are expected to begin in Q1 2025, with the project completed and put into operation in Q4 2030. The operating period for all four projects is 50 years.
Khanh Hoa province is calling for investment in 158 projects.
The People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province has approved a list of 158 projects calling for non-budgetary investment in Khanh Hoa province for the period 2025-2030.
Nha Trang alone has 45 projects, including many prominent ones such as: the An Vien - Hon Ro bridge, the multi-purpose sports complex (formerly Nha Trang Sao project), Vinh Luong General Hospital, etc.
Cam Ranh City has 41 projects, including the Cam Thinh Dong industrial cluster and the Cam Ranh new urban area.
Ninh Hoa town has 18 projects, many of which are related to seaports, such as: the Nam Van Phong logistics service area, the Nam Van Phong liquefied natural gas storage port, the Nam Van Phong petrochemical complex, etc.
Van Ninh district has 4 projects, including the Van Phong airport project.
In addition, Cam Lam district has 5 projects; Dien Khanh district has 15 projects; Khanh Vinh district has 12 projects; and Khanh Son district has 18 projects that require investment capital from sources outside the state budget.
