In Thua Thien - Hue, while checking the store's transactions, Mr. Dang Minh Hoang discovered a suspected 160 million VND that a customer had mistakenly transferred, so he immediately reported it to the police on the morning of May 8th.
Mr. Hoang, the manager of a pharmacy in Gia Hoi ward, Hue City, recounted that when he saw a large sum of money in the store's account, he guessed that a customer had mistakenly paid 160 million VND instead of 160,000 VND for medicine.
Upon further investigation, he learned that the account holder's name was "Tran Duc Minh" and it belonged to Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank.
When the customer who mistakenly transferred the money didn't contact him, Mr. Hoang reported the incident to the Gia Hoi ward police to help find the rightful owner.
