During the three days of September 10, 11, and 12, thousands of students of Luong The Vinh Secondary and High School participated in the "Red Rain" movie viewing program organized and carefully guided by the school. The school arranged for homeroom teachers and teachers in charge to accompany them to ensure that the activities took place in an orderly and civilized manner, meeting all the requirements of the audience.
Right from the moment of gathering, the atmosphere at Luong The Vinh Secondary and High School was bustling, excited mixed with nervousness and anticipation. The students in outstanding costumes with red shirts printed with yellow stars, holding the national flag fluttering in the autumn sunshine of September.
In the school yard, rows of students lined up neatly and orderly, their eyes shining with pride and emotion at having the opportunity to watch the movie "Red Rain" organized by the school as a group.

When moving to the cinema, the children still maintained their seriousness, walking in a line, both showing the youthful innocence of school age and exuding pride when wearing the sacred red of the national flag. That image created a brilliant picture of the spirit of solidarity and passionate patriotism of today's young generation.
This meaningful activity is also strongly supported by parents. Many parents shared that organizing for their children to watch "Red Rain" is a valuable opportunity for the younger generation to understand more deeply the value of peace and independence. The lessons from the film will certainly leave a deep impression on their children's souls and it is also a very close and practical way of education.

Luong The Vinh Secondary and High School is the first school in the country to organize a large-scale screening of the film "Red Rain" for all students of the appropriate age. This is a beautiful mark in the journey of educating the younger generation about tradition.
I was speechless when I saw the tears on the students’ faces after the movie ended. Those emotions are more precious than any test or score. That is the maturity in the young generation’s soul that teachers and parents are looking forward to.
Teacher Van Thuy Duong, Vice Principal of Luong The Vinh Middle and High School
The synchronous mobilization of grades 9 to 12 to participate shows the school's dedication, so that the young generation has the opportunity to follow each historical film, the heart-touching details with the tragic memories of the previous generation with a pure heart and fresh mind.
That moment not only created a stir, but also aroused national pride, sowing the seeds of noble ideals in the students' souls, so that they could understand more deeply: today's peace is the result of blood and bones, and tomorrow's responsibility rests on the shoulders of their generation.

During the conversation after the students finished watching the movie, teacher Van Thuy Duong, Vice Principal of Luong The Vinh Middle and High School, could not hide her emotion.
She shared: "We always wonder how to make history become a vivid memory, touching the hearts of students. When students sit together, in red shirts with yellow stars, watching each film recreating the sacrifice of heroic soldiers at Quang Tri Citadel , we believe that it will be a touching memory that they will never forget."
Teacher Van Thuy Duong emphasized: "Organizing the whole school to go see 'Red Rain' is a timely decision that is full of responsibility and affection of the school. Because more than anyone else, teachers always want the young generation to be nurtured with patriotism, a sense of respect for peace and the desire to live worthy of the sacrifices of many generations of fathers and brothers."

"I was speechless when I saw tears welling up on the students' faces after the film ended. Those emotions are more precious than any test or score. That is the maturity in the souls of the young generation that teachers and parents are looking forward to," said Ms. Van Thuy Duong.

The school representative said that the event was meaningful not only to the students, but also to the entire teaching staff of the school. This was not a single, spontaneous activity but a continuation of many meaningful activities that the school had worked hard to cultivate, build, and constantly innovate.
Luong The Vinh Secondary and High School identifies this as a sustainable direction and philosophy in education, contributing to connecting school with life, so that students can see that history is still reverberating and inspiring today's generation.

Many students expressed their emotions after watching the film. They said that the reality of war helped them understand the hardships and losses that previous generations had gone through in exchange for peace. The film made the younger generation more proud of their nation and clearly see the responsibility to live up to the great sacrifices.

The Board of Directors of Luong The Vinh Secondary and High School has also planned to extend the values from the film with practical actions. As planned, in the near future, school representatives, teachers and students will organize a special trip to visit Quang Tri province - the heroic land that was soaked with the blood and bones of countless soldiers and people during 81 days and nights of fire.
During this trip, teachers and students will visit and give meaningful gifts to families of policy beneficiaries and wounded soldiers - families and people who have devoted their youth, love and aspirations to the Fatherland.

The school representative shared that if literary and cinematic works bring emotional historical lessons, the trip to Quang Tri will become an even more profound life lesson. There, students will have direct access to war relics, hear stories from witnesses, and burn incense at the graves of heroic martyrs.
This is also the consistent message of the school's education: History must enter the hearts of students with sincere emotions. From the movie on the screen to the sacred soil of Quang Tri, from the tears in the cinema to the silent moments before thousands of tombstones... that journey will build for students a valuable spiritual foundation to further appreciate the past, love people and be responsible for the future of the country.
