On June 9, the Provincial Police coordinated with the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to organize a conference to review the 6 years of implementation of the coordination program No. 10/CTr-BCA-MTTW on August 09, 1 between the Ministry of Public Security and the Standing Board of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and its member organizations on promoting the movement of all people to protect national security (ANTQ) in the new situation in the province in the period 8-2013.
After 10 years of implementing the Coordination Program No. 09, the Front, its member organizations and police at all levels in the province have actively and effectively advised the Party committees, authorities at all levels, branches and localities to widely deploy the movement and attract a large number of people to participate. Mass propaganda and mobilization are focused, closely integrated with local campaigns and emulation movements. The cooperation in crime prevention and control, conflicts, disputes and complaints at the grassroots level, especially in key areas with complex security and order issues, is taken care of and resolved in a timely manner.
Leaders of the Provincial Police awarded certificates of merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements.
The work of coordinating with branches, mass organizations and reputable people in religion and ethnicity to propagate and mobilize people to participate in building the all-people movement to protect national security from provincial to grassroots level is increasingly practical. The festival "All people protect national security" and "Great national unity" festival were solemnly organized by localities, attracting a large number of people to participate. Thereby arousing the great strength and potential of the people and promoting the creative capacity of the grassroots in preventing, attacking and suppressing crimes, solving pressing and outstanding issues, contributing to ensuring security, order and social safety in residential areas, creating a premise to promote the good implementation of the contents of the No.
On this occasion, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee presented certificates of merit to 8 collectives and 8 individuals; The Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee awarded certificates of merit to 7 collectives and 8 individuals and the Director of the Provincial Public Security presented certificates of merit to 7 collectives and 7 individuals with outstanding achievements in advising and implementing the Coordination Program No. 09/CTr-BCA-MTTW for the period 2013 - 2023.
