Who are the top taxpayers in Khanh Hoa province?

The Khanh Hoa Provincial Tax Department has just announced the results of its review for awarding commendations to taxpayers who have complied well with tax policies and laws in 2025, and has recommended that the Ministry of Finance and the Provincial Tax Department commend them. Previously, the department also publicly disclosed information on 6,231 individuals with outstanding tax debts.

The Khánh Hòa Provincial Tax Department has publicly disclosed, in accordance with the Law on Tax Administration, a total of over 1,765.278 billion VND in taxes and other state budget revenues owed by 6,231 taxpayers (as of March 31, 2026), including organizations, businesses, household businesses, and individuals in the province.

These 20 taxpayers have the highest tax and other outstanding debts in Khanh Hoa.

Among those whose tax debts have been publicly disclosed, 181 businesses, households, and individuals have outstanding tax and other payments exceeding 1 billion VND.

Specifically, 19 businesses and individuals owe 20 tax and other payments (collectively referred to as tax debts) ranging from over 10 billion VND to nearly 230 billion VND.

These are the highest tax debts on the list publicly released by the Khanh Hoa Provincial Tax Department. In many cases, the debt has increased over the years.

Specifically, the tax amounts of 15 businesses (including one company with two different tax debts) and 4 individuals in the top tax debt list publicly disclosed in Khanh Hoa province (from highest to lowest) are as follows:

Cam Ranh Yacht Club and Resort Joint Stock Company (taxes and other budget revenues still owed over VND 229.97 billion), Nha Trang Tropical Region Limited Company (over VND 126.2 billion), Khanh Hoa Mineral and Investment Joint Stock Company (over VND 102.34 billion), Vinaminco - Ninh Thuan Joint Stock Company (VND 72.47 billion).

Specifically, Trung Nam Construction and Installation Joint Stock Company (operating in the former Ninh Thuan province) has two publicly disclosed tax debts (managed by two agencies under the Khanh Hoa Provincial Tax Department), with the debt amounts ranking 5th (over 70.26 billion VND, managed by Tax Department 7) and 6th (over 62.04 billion VND, managed by Tax Department 5), respectively.

Ranked 7th in the top list are Saigon - Ninh Thuan Mineral Joint Stock Company (owing over 59.38 billion VND), and Phu Hung Phat Limited Company (over 36.76 billion VND).

Tan Tien Textile Joint Stock Company (over 31.77 billion VND), Cat Tiger Vietnam Investment and Development Company Limited (over 31.32 billion VND).

Ranked 13th in the publicly disclosed list is Ha Song Hao (individual, residing in Cam Linh ward, Khanh Hoa province; owing over 18.59 billion VND).

Next are Trimet Joint Stock Company - Nha Trang (owing over 16.51 billion VND), Cam Ranh Shipbuilding Company Limited (over 16.3 billion VND) and Nguyen Trung Ngoc (an individual in Cam Linh ward, Khanh Hoa, owing over 16.23 billion VND); Minh Hoang Anh Company Limited (over 15.68 billion VND);

Two individuals, Nguyen Khanh Toan (from Ninh Binh, owing over 13.14 billion VND), Nguyen Thi Thu Huong (from Dong Nai , owing over 11.95 billion VND), and Dinh Vang Nha Trang Co., Ltd. (owing over 10.34 billion VND).

Twelve taxpayers in Khanh Hoa province have been recommended for commendation.

According to the results of the Provincial Taxpayer Awarding Council's review, as announced by the Khanh Hoa Provincial Tax Department, 12 taxpayers who have complied well with tax policies and laws in 2025 in Khanh Hoa province have been recommended for awards.

Among them, one case that has been recommended for a commendation from the Minister of Finance for being a good taxpayer is Ho Tien Nha Trang Joint Stock Company.

Eleven other exemplary taxpayers were recommended for commendation certificates from the Director of the Tax Department.

These are the businesses: Libra Nha Trang Joint Stock Company; Phu Xuan Duty-Free Business Limited Company; Saigon - Cam Ranh Ground Services Joint Stock Company;

Hai Van Nam Nha Trang Joint Stock Company; Cam Ranh International Airport - Vietnam Airports Corporation;

Institute of Vaccines and Medical Biological Products; Komega X Company Limited; Blue Sea International Joint Stock Company; Khanh Viet Corporation (Khatoco) - One-Member Limited Liability Company;

Saigon Beer - Ninh Thuan Company Limited; Ninh Thuan Branch of Saigon Tobacco Company Limited.
