Specifically, the traffic management units responsible for roads passing through the festival area to facilitate the low-altitude fireworks display marking the opening of the River Festival are as follows:

From 7 PM to 10:30 PM on May 31st, Ho Chi Minh City will prohibit vehicles from entering the following roads: Le Loi Street (from Dong Khoi to Pasteur); Nguyen Hue Street (from Le Thanh Ton to Ton Duc Thang); Dong Khoi Street (from Mac Thi Buoi to Ton Duc Thang); Ton Duc Thang Street (from Nguyen Sieu to Khanh Hoi Bridge); Vo Van Kiet Street (from Ho Tung Mau to Ton Duc Thang); Ngo Van Nam Street (from Nguyen Sieu to Ton Duc Thang).

Nguyen Tat Thanh Street (section from Khanh Hoi Bridge to Hoang Dieu); Ham Nghi Street (section from Ho Tung Mau to Ton Duc Thang); Hai Trieu Street (section from Ho Tung Mau to Nguyen Hue); Nguyen Thiep Street (section from Dong Khoi to Nguyen Hue); Huynh Thuc Khang Street (section from Ho Tung Mau to Nguyen Hue); Ton That Thiep Street (section from Ho Tung Mau to Nguyen Hue); Ngo Duc Ke Street (section from Dong Khoi to Ho Tung Mau); Mac Thi Buoi Street (from Dong Khoi to Nguyen Hue).

Additionally, traffic is prohibited on the following roads around the Me Linh Square roundabout: Ngo Duc Ke Street (to Dong Khoi Street); Ho Huan Nghiep Street (to Dong Khoi Street); Phan Van Dat Street (to Mac Thi Buoi Street); Thi Sach Street (to Dong Du Street); Hai Ba Trung Street (to Mac Thi Buoi Street); Ba Son Bridge, and Khanh Hoi Bridge.

Alternative routes for residents' reference.

Route from Binh Thanh District to District 4: Nguyen Huu Canh - Ton Duc Thang - Nguyen Du - Chu Manh Trinh - Le Thanh Ton - Pham Hong Thai - Nguyen Thi Nghia - Nguyen Thai Hoc - Ong Lanh Bridge - Hoang Dieu - Nguyen Tat Thanh (District 4).

Directions from District 4 to Binh Thanh District: Nguyen Tat Thanh (District 4) - Hoang Dieu - Ong Lanh Bridge - Nguyen Thai Hoc - Nguyen Thi Nghia - Cach Mang Thang Tam - Nguyen Thi Minh Khai - Xo Viet Nghe Tinh (Binh Thanh District).

Route from Thu Duc City to District 5: Vo Nguyen Giap (Thu Duc City) - Dien Bien Phu - Dinh Tien Hoang - Vo Thi Sau - Ba Thang Hai - Le Hong Phong (District 5).

Directions from District 5 to Thu Duc City: Le Hong Phong (District 5) - Dien Bien Phu - Vo Nguyen Giap (Thu Duc City).

At the same time, people are advised to limit their travel on Nguyen Tat Thanh Street (the section from Tan Thuan Bridge 1 and 2 to Hoang Dieu Street) to avoid traffic congestion.

The following units are responsible for regulating and supporting the water sports program:

During the periods from June 1st to June 2nd and from June 7th to June 9th, authorities will restrict vehicle traffic on Ton Duc Thang Street (the section from Nguyen Sieu Street to Khanh Hoi Bridge), District 1, to avoid traffic congestion.

The units responsible for adjusting and serving the "On the Wharf, Under the Boat" space program include:

District 1 and Binh Thanh District areas:

From June 1st to June 9th, traffic will be restricted on Hoang Sa Street and Truong Sa Street (the section from Dien Bien Phu Bridge to Thi Nghe Bridge) to avoid traffic congestion.

District 8 area:

From June 4th to June 10th, traffic will be restricted on Ben Binh Dong road (the section from Cha Va bridge to Canal Ngang No. 2 bridge).

The following units are being adjusted to serve the parade program on the river:

From 8 PM to 8:30 PM on June 1st to 2nd, and from 8 PM on June 7th to 9th, traffic will be restricted on Ton Duc Thang Street (the section from Nguyen Sieu Street to Khanh Hoi Bridge), District 1, to ensure smooth traffic flow in the area.

The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Transport has advised and requested that people refrain from stopping, parking, and gathering to watch fireworks on the following bridges: Thu Thiem Bridge; Binh Loi Bridge; Binh Trieu Bridge; Mong Bridge; Calmette Bridge; Ong Lanh Bridge; Hang Xanh Intersection Overpass; Phu My Bridge; Nguyen Huu Canh Overpass; Thanh Da Canal Bridge; Saigon Bridge; and Rach Chiec Bridge.

In addition, you must obey the instructions of traffic controllers and the road signage system.
