Priority should be given to immediately re-establishing lane separation on provincial roads DT.743 and DT.741, and on roads with at least 3 lanes in each direction that do not have parallel roads within the Binh Duong Industrial, Service and Urban Complex.

Following the effective lane separation on the My Phuoc - Tan Van route, Ho Chi Minh City continues to adjust many other routes.

According to the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction, the traffic safety situation in the former Binh Duong province has been complex recently, with many serious traffic accidents occurring between motorcycles and heavy trucks (containers, tractor-trailers, etc.).

Ho Chi Minh City has adjusted the lane separation on My Phuoc - Tan Van Road and National Highway 13, directing heavy trucks to the lane closest to the median. To date, initial positive changes in traffic order and safety on these roads have been observed, with the approval of road users.

In order to further curb and reduce traffic accidents, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction has requested Becamex Industrial Investment and Development Group - JSC to adjust lane division signs on Provincial Road 743 (section from Mieu Ong Cu intersection to the intersection with Doc Lap Road); Doc Lap Road, Provincial Road 746 (section from Tan Khanh Bridge to the intersection with Muoi Muon - Tan Thanh Road) and Provincial Road 747B (section from Mieu Ong Cu intersection to the intersection with Provincial Road 747A) as follows:

Lane 1 (next to the sidewalk) is designated for motorcycles, two-wheeled vehicles, and three-wheeled vehicles.

Lane 2 is designated for passenger cars, buses with fewer than 25 seats, and trucks weighing less than 3.5 tons.

The remaining lanes (towards the median) are designated for cars.

Simultaneously, adjust the lane division signs on the following roads (with at least 3 lanes in each direction and no parallel roads, such as Vo Van Kiet, Nguyen Van Linh, Dien Bien Phu, Vo Nguyen Giap, Le Loi, Dan Chu, Huynh Van Luy, Ly Thai To, Le Hoan, etc.) within the Binh Duong Industrial, Service and Urban Complex, managed by Becamex Industrial Investment and Development Group - JSC, as follows:

Lane 1 (next to the sidewalk) is designated for motorcycles, two-wheeled vehicles, and three-wheeled vehicles.

Lane 2 is designated for passenger cars, buses with fewer than 25 seats, and trucks weighing less than 3.5 tons.

The remaining lanes (towards the median) are designated for cars.

The Department also requested the corporation to adjust the lane markings separating motorcycle and car lanes from solid lines to dashed lines for easier traffic flow; install additional lane dividers at intersections to separate motorcycle and car lanes for a distance of approximately 30-50 meters before reaching the intersection; and study the possibility of adding left-turn lights for two-wheeled vehicles at appropriate intersections.

Furthermore, it is urgent to implement the design and adjustment of traffic organization at the Kim Hang gas station roundabout by dismantling the roundabout, installing a traffic island, and combining it with traffic signs, road markings, and a traffic light system to regulate traffic at the intersection.

In addition, VRG Infrastructure Investment Company Limited needs to urgently adjust the lane division signs on Provincial Road 741 as follows:

Lane 1 (next to the sidewalk) is designated for two-wheeled and three-wheeled vehicles.

Lane 2 is designated for passenger cars, buses with 16 seats or fewer, and public buses.

Lane 3 (next to the median): Intended for all types of automobiles.

The company adjusted the lane markings from solid lines to dashed lines between the motorcycle and car lanes for convenience; installed additional lane dividers separating the motorcycle and car lanes for a distance of approximately 30-50 meters before reaching the intersection; and studied the possibility of adding left-turn traffic lights for two-wheeled vehicles at the intersection.

Review and adjust roads within the industrial park.

The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction also requested the Department of Industry and Trade, the Management Board of Export Processing Zones and Industrial Parks, and the Investment and Construction Project Management Board... to direct investors to review and adjust lane division signs on roads (with at least 3 lanes in each direction and without parallel roads) under their management authority in industrial parks and clusters as follows:

Lane 1 (next to the sidewalk) is designated for motorcycles, two-wheeled vehicles, and three-wheeled vehicles.

Lane 2: Dedicated to passenger cars, buses with fewer than 25 seats, and trucks weighing less than 3.5 tons.

The remaining lanes (towards the median) are designated for car traffic.

Note: Adjust the lane markings from solid lines to dashed lines between motorcycle and car lanes to facilitate traffic flow; install additional lane dividers at intersections to separate motorcycle and car lanes for a distance of approximately 30-50m before reaching the intersection; consider adding left-turn lights for two-wheeled vehicles at appropriate intersections.

The Center for Road Infrastructure Management and the Road Construction Repair Management Section of Binh Duong province will monitor the implementation progress of the units. If the parties have not completed the tasks by December 31st, the center will advise the Department of Transport to implement the above contents, completing them before January 10th. All related costs will be borne by the unit managing the road section.
