Styrofoam factory where the fire happened
According to initial information, around 20 pm on June 6, a fire broke out violently at a foam facility on Ho Ngoc Lam Street (ward 6, district 16, Ho Chi Minh City).
At this time, many security guards used fire extinguishers and pulled water hoses to put out the fire but failed.
Upon receiving the news, the Fire and Rescue Police force of District 8 (Ho Chi Minh City Police) dispatched vehicles and officers and soldiers to the scene. After that, the soldiers divided into several directions to approach this facility to spray water to put out the fire.
About an hour later, the fire was completely extinguished and also prevented the fire from spreading to neighboring facilities.
