The process of grading, summarizing, and comparing exam results will continue until June 9th.
According to the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City, the announcement of 10th grade exam results will take place after the high school graduation exam (June 11th and 12th). Therefore, the Department of Education and Training will only proceed with compiling the scores and making the announcement after the high school graduation exam concludes.
The entrance exam for 10th grade in public schools in Ho Chi Minh City took place over two days, June 1st and 2nd, with more than 151,000 candidates participating. This was the largest exam ever held since the city's merger.
After the exam results are announced, the City Department of Education and Training will announce the cutoff scores for admission to specialized and integrated 10th-grade classes.
Students admitted to specialized or integrated 10th-grade classes must confirm their enrollment online through the system and submit their enrollment documents at the admitted school within the specified timeframe.
Candidates who are not admitted to specialized or integrated 10th grade classes, or who are admitted but do not confirm their enrollment by the deadline, will be considered for admission to the three regular 10th grade classes they previously registered for.
After that, the City Department of Education and Training will conduct the selection process and announce the cut-off scores for regular 10th grade classes. According to regulations, students who are accepted into a particular school must attend that school; each student can only be accepted into one school.
