
During the meeting, the task force agreed to issue land ownership certificates to homebuyers in four projects within the Phu My Hung Urban Area, located in Tan My ward, developed by Phu My Hung Development Co., Ltd.
Specifically, the four projects include: Mixed-use residential area C12B-2, comprising 12 apartments and 18 shops; Housing area CR8-2B, consisting of 76 apartments and 9 shops; Mixed-use residential area S4-3, comprising 242 apartments and 18 shops; and Mixed-use residential area C17-2, comprising 19 apartments and 19 shops.
In addition, the task force also reviewed the legal documents of the high-rise residential project in Phuoc Thien Residential Area and Park, Long Binh ward, invested by S-VIN2 Vietnam Real Estate Business Joint Stock Company.

After hearing reports from the working group members, Mr. Nguyen Toan Thang agreed to issue ownership certificates for 1,084 apartments and 30 shops to homebuyers in this project, as requested by the investor.
In addition, the task force reviewed and resolved the issue of separating the issuance of land use right certificates and ownership certificates for assets attached to the land for 43 land plots according to the approved 1/500 planning at the Nguyen Huu Tho Street Housing Project, Nha Be Commune, invested by Phuoc Kien Construction Investment Joint Stock Company.
