On the afternoon of May 6th, the survey team of the Central Organizing Committee worked with the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee on the work of building and rectifying the Party and the political system; consolidating and improving the quality of Party organizations and the contingent of Party members.
The survey team was led by Ms. Bui Thi Quynh Van, Member of the Central Committee of the Party and Deputy Head of the Central Organization Department. Receiving the team on the Ho Chi Minh City side were Mr. Le Quoc Phong, Member of the Central Committee of the Party and Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee; Ms. Van Thi Bach Tuyet, Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee; and leaders of various city agencies and units.

Reporting at the meeting, the Head of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee's Organization Department, Pham Thanh Kien, stated that significant results have been achieved in the work of Party building and rectification; consolidating grassroots Party organizations; and improving the quality of Party members within the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee.
The Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee has maintained the comprehensive leadership of the Party, stabilized the political system, improved the quality of grassroots Party organizations, and developed Party members with positive changes in quantity, structure, and quality, while also paying attention to specific areas and target groups.
In addition, the implementation of Regulation No. 213-QD/TW on the responsibility of Party members who are working regularly to maintain contact with the Party organization and the people in their place of residence has basically become systematic.
