According to information from the Da Nang Tourism Promotion Center, the city's tourism industry has recently launched an Auto Guide service (automatic commentary integrated with artificial intelligence) for city tours by cyclo.

Accordingly, when booking a cyclo tour in Da Nang, each tourist will be equipped with an Auto guide device, integrated with languages ​​such as Vietnamese, English, Korean, Chinese, Japanese, etc., along with a personal headset throughout the cyclo tour around the city.

Thanks to GPS technology, the device automatically activates the commentary whenever the vehicle passes a tourist attraction, allowing visitors to admire the city's scenery while listening to fascinating stories about Da Nang's history, culture, and people.

In addition, tourists can interact with the AI ​​chatbot integrated into the device's application to gain a deeper understanding of the attractions. The main route of the cyclo tour using Auto Guide passes through key points such as: APEC Sculpture Garden Park, Dragon Bridge, Han River Bridge, Han Market, Da Nang Museum, and the Cathedral; the duration is from 30 to 60 minutes. Currently, the Auto Guide service is free until September 30th when tourists book a city tour by cyclo.

The Da Nang tourist cyclo team was established in 2003 and is managed by the Da Nang Tourism Promotion Center, with 83 cyclos. The cyclos are uniformly designed in style, color, and size; the frames are made of stainless steel, and they have red cushions and canopies. They are always well-maintained and kept clean.
