As reported by Tri Thuc - Znews , CAHN agreed to facilitate The Cong Viettel's organization of a match against SLNA at Hang Day Stadium. However, it was noted that the military team was not allowed to use the facilities invested in by CAHN, especially those related to the Southeast Asian Cup.
Specifically, the lighting system in stands A and B – installed by CAHN for international matches – was not operational. The Cong Viettel had to install an additional small LED scoreboard in stand D to replace the scoreboard in stand C.

Furthermore, The Cong Viettel was not allowed to use the main changing rooms of CAHN. The team was forced to set up a temporary changing room next to the technical area, causing equipment and belongings to spill out into the hallway.
Previously, The Cong Viettel sent a letter to the Hanoi Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, VPF, CAHN, and Hanoi to request permission to use Hang Day Stadium as their home ground for three rounds (20, 21, and 24). However, CAHN only agreed to allow the stadium to be used for round 20, citing the need to prioritize the pitch for organizing the semi-final and final matches of the Southeast Asian Cup.
At the same time, in May, Hang Day Stadium is expected to host 4 V.League matches involving CAHN and Hanoi FC , along with the Southeast Asian Cup final (if CAHN advances past the semi-finals). Adding two more matches involving The Cong Viettel will create a dense schedule, averaging one match every 3 days, putting significant pressure on the pitch and posing a potential risk of injury to players.
In its response letter, CAHN suggested that The Cong Viettel proactively find alternative venues for rounds 21 and 24 to alleviate pressure on Hang Day Stadium. However, to date, the military team has not yet provided an official response.
