The sports festival, organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Information and Communications (DIC) in collaboration with the Ho Chi Minh City Informatics Association (HCA) and related units, took place from November 23rd to December 6th. This event served as a platform to commemorate glorious traditions, mark important and proud milestones, and contribute to strengthening the sports and physical activity movement within the information and communications sector in Ho Chi Minh City. It also provided a healthy recreational space for friendly exchanges, fostering connections among organizations and individuals operating in the information and communications field in Ho Chi Minh City.
Mr. Lam Dinh Thang, Director of the Department of Information and Communications of Ho Chi Minh City, delivered a speech at the opening ceremony.
This year's sports festival brings together over 300 athletes from departments, localities, organizations, associations, industry groups, press agencies, corporations, and businesses in the information and communication sector in Ho Chi Minh City. The athletes will compete in four tournaments, promising exciting and dramatic events with a total prize pool of 60,000,000 VND.

Sports competition schedule
November 23rd: Men's doubles tennis tournament with 21 pairs of athletes at VNPT Tennis Court.
November 26 - December 3: Mini men's football tournament with 13 teams at the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Culture Palace.
November 30th: Table tennis tournament (men's singles, men's doubles, mixed doubles) with 80 athletes competing at the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Culture Palace.
November 30th: Pickleball tournament (men's doubles, mixed doubles, and women's doubles) with 35 pairs of athletes at the D-Joy pickleball court, Saigon Riverfront Park, Thu Duc City.
