From a practical perspective, Dr. Phi Vinh Tuong, Deputy Director of the Vietnam and World Economics Institute, assessed the current state of regional linkages, pointing out the main bottlenecks in coordinating investment, planning, and sharing resources among localities in the region.
The workshop is not only significant from an academic perspective but also provides important scientific arguments for policy planning, contributing to the realization of the goal of rapid and sustainable regional development and enhancing national competitiveness in the future.
