The workshop program consists of three main sessions: Plenary Session: Vision and Positioning for the Di Linh Plateau; Session 1: Health - Knowledge - Science and Technology; and Session 2: Policy - Infrastructure.
The workshop, organized by Lam Dong province, aimed to generate ideas and development directions for Lam Dong province, as well as to exploit and promote the potential and advantages of the Di Linh Plateau within the province's and the country's overall development map.
All efforts are directed towards developing the Di Linh Plateau into a regional and international center for economic, cultural, intellectual, healthcare, and trade connections.

This is an opportunity for Lam Dong to build trust with international investors and partners, demonstrating the province's commitment to a transparent and favorable investment environment. Lam Dong has developed and implemented several specific preferential policies and mechanisms to attract major investors and scientists from around the world to the Di Linh Plateau.
Regarding the implementation progress, the Organizing Committee of the Conference has so far established four subcommittees to carry out related tasks, including: the Content Subcommittee; the External Relations Subcommittee; the Logistics and Survey Subcommittee; and the Communications Subcommittee. These subcommittees are focusing on completing their assigned tasks and any arising issues before the conference takes place.
Contributing to the meeting, Pham Dai Duong, Member of the Central Committee of the Party and Deputy Head of the Central Policy and Strategy Department, informed that the unit had coordinated with Lam Dong province to hire consultants in various fields. The content and direction of the experts' presentations have been fully compiled.
“The committee basically agrees with the plan, scenario, and content developed by the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee. We will coordinate with the Ministry of Education and Training and the Ministry of Finance to finalize the list of invited guests for the workshop so that the locality can proactively plan. Regarding logistics and consulting units, Lam Dong needs a specific plan to implement the workshop successfully,” Mr. Duong proposed.

At the meeting, consultants and sponsors offered many important suggestions, such as: ensuring the inclusion of sufficient central government representatives relevant to various fields; and assigning local organizations and individuals to closely monitor each activity and program.
After listening to the proposals and suggestions, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Ho Van Muoi, emphasized: This is a very important international-level conference, the first of its kind to be held in Lam Dong. For the conference to be successful, departments, agencies, and localities must coordinate seamlessly in carrying out their tasks.

First, regarding the invited guests, the departments, agencies, and the Provincial People's Committee Office will coordinate with the Central Policy and Strategy Committee to finalize the list of invited guests and speakers, both domestic and international. The list of invited guests must be finalized no later than 6 PM on December 17th so that the province can proactively arrange transportation and logistics. The Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion will coordinate with the Department of Science and Technology to develop a detailed plan for the thoughtful transportation of invited guests.”
Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Lam Dong Province, Ho Van Muoi
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that, regarding the content of presentations at the Conference, speakers must submit them to the Provincial People's Committee in advance for review of content and presentation format. The implementation of programs within the framework of the conference must be harmonious, meticulous, and ensure quality. The Subcommittees must proactively implement their plans and tasks, avoiding a reactive approach when situations arise.
