
During the meetings, many voters expressed their agreement with the policy of merging administrative units; they highly appreciated the Party and State's attention and care for the people's lives, especially vulnerable groups, in recent times. However, voters were concerned about the spread of harmful and toxic information on the internet, particularly distorted and inflammatory rhetoric that exploits events such as the recent historic floods to cause public panic; they requested that relevant agencies strengthen management, promptly detect, and handle false information.
Voter Nguyen Thanh Minh from Hiep Duc commune stated that the recent historic floods severely impacted the lives and production of people in the city. The "Quang Trung Campaign" to support the repair and reconstruction of houses for the people has gained trust and social consensus, contributing to stabilizing livelihoods. The voter requested that the National Assembly pay attention to and direct the rectification of the operation of hydropower plants, requiring rational water regulation to minimize impacts on downstream areas, helping people to live and work with peace of mind.
At the same time, voters also requested strengthening the management of land, resources, and the environment, especially focusing on amending the Land Law to facilitate citizens in exercising their rights regarding inheritance, land use conversion, land surveying, and land classification. In addition, they called for more effective prevention of online fraud through the use of technology and the dissemination of false information due to the stormy weather.
Voters also requested that the city pay attention to the licensing of mineral mines for common construction materials to reduce raw material prices; and promptly complete the repair of key transportation routes damaged by landslides after floods, ensuring traffic flow and serving the lives and production of the people... Several issues related to education , healthcare, policies for downsized officials, and officials of specialized associations were also raised by voters.
Highly appreciating the results of the two-tiered local government model after nearly six months of operation, voters in Nui Thanh commune believe that, during the 16th term, the National Assembly promptly researched and issued a resolution on job positions and policies for commune-level officials, ensuring they are commensurate with the tasks and workload assigned.
During these meetings, representatives from local authorities and relevant departments directly explained and clarified many issues of concern to voters.
On behalf of the National Assembly delegation of Da Nang city, Mr. Phan Thai Binh - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang city, Member of the National Assembly's Committee on Law and Justice, acknowledged and further clarified the opinions of the voters. He affirmed that all opinions reflected the high sense of responsibility of the voters for the overall development of the locality and the country, stemming from practical experience, with many recommendations at the macro level of the nation, falling under the jurisdiction of ministries and agencies. The National Assembly delegation of Da Nang city will receive and fully compile all opinions to request relevant agencies to consider and respond according to regulations.
* From December 14th to 16th, the Son La Provincial National Assembly Delegation held meetings with voters following the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly in various communes throughout the province.

At the meetings, voters highly appreciated the results of the session; they expressed confidence that the laws and resolutions passed by the National Assembly would soon be implemented. Voters requested that the competent authorities continue to pay attention to investing in infrastructure and transportation; issue specific regulations for some newly established units at the grassroots level; and arrange for the relocation of residents in areas facing urgent natural disasters.
Voters in Muong Coi commune requested the issuance of an inter-agency document to unify and clearly define the functions and tasks of the commune-level General Service Center; consideration of reorganizing the Regional Military Command into a Commune-level Military Command; and the early development of a plan to restructure the regional statistics sub-departments and regional forest protection units to ensure the performance of specialized tasks.
Voters also suggested greater decentralization to the commune People's Committees in managing and allocating funds for national target programs; promptly reorganizing the Land Registration Office to be under commune management; and supporting investment in the construction of new headquarters, official residences, and auxiliary facilities.
Voters in Chiềng An ward have requested the upgrading and asphalt paving of National Highway 279D from Km93 to Km100+500; investment in a street lighting system along the route; upgrading and expanding several inter-communal roads; and investment in an irrigation system to serve agricultural production; investment in clean water and electricity; and upgrading of cultural centers in several villages in the area.
Voters in To Mua commune have requested attention to investing in key transportation projects, including upgrading and repairing provincial road 101 and inter-commune roads; and relocating residents in areas urgently affected by natural disasters due to heavy rains and floods.
Voters in Muong Bang commune requested the prompt organization of a Comprehensive Service Center, including a project management office; the acceleration of land surveying, cadastral mapping, and land registration, ensuring integration with provincial and national database systems. Voters also proposed amendments to the 2015 Veterinary Law and regulations on decentralization to the commune level; the allocation of funds for the construction of a new office building; and support for investment in irrigation works and rural roads.
The delegation of National Assembly representatives from Son La province received and addressed the opinions and suggestions of voters within their jurisdiction; at the same time, they compiled the suggestions to send to relevant agencies for consideration and resolution according to regulations.
