Voters proposed the construction of an embankment system to prevent erosion, combined with a saltwater intrusion barrier along the Vam Co Dong River, in order to protect agricultural production from the impacts of climate change.

In the field of land management, people have reported that regulations on the minimum area for land subdivision are causing difficulties for some households who need to divide land for their children.

In the healthcare sector, voters expressed concern about the current state of infrastructure and human resources at the grassroots level, which still face many difficulties and do not meet the requirements for primary healthcare for the people.

Voters also raised concerns about the shortage of health insurance-covered medicines at some medical facilities, while the prices of medicines not covered by insurance remain high, causing difficulties for the people, especially those eligible for social welfare programs and low-income individuals.

In addition, voters suggested that the electricity sector should pay attention to investing in and improving the power grid in some areas that are still tangled and unsafe, ensuring a stable electricity supply for daily life and production...
