In the journey to discover Vietnam, the four extreme points on the mainland of the country are sacred places that the backpacking community loves. Surely everyone will want to leave their footprints at Lung Cu flagpole - the northernmost point located in the Dong Van stone plateau - Ha Giang, the westernmost point in Ta Mieu village in the highland commune of Muong Nhe district - Dien Bien, the southernmost point standing tall with the wind and waves in Ca Mau cape, Ngoc Hien district - Ca Mau and Mui Dong, the place to welcome the first dawn of the Fatherland located in Van Phong bay, Khanh Hoa.
