According to Notice No. 69/TB-UBND, in order to practically welcome the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee announced the hanging of the national flag, the Party flag and the implementation of general environmental sanitation and urban beautification.
Heads of agencies, units and Chairmen of People's Committees of communes and wards shall implement, direct and inspect the hanging of national flags, party flags and pennants (if any) at the headquarters of agencies and units in accordance with regulations. The time for hanging national flags and party flags is from September 29 to October 4.
Carry out the General Environmental Sanitation Week at agencies, units, residential areas, roads and public places in the area, especially the central area where the Provincial Party Congress is held, to create a spacious, green, clean, beautiful, safe and civilized appearance in urban and rural areas.
