Specifically, government offices, armed forces barracks, medical facilities, schools, religious institutions, businesses, and households throughout the province will fly the national flag from September 1st to September 2nd.
Chairpersons of People's Committees of communes, wards, and special zones; heads of departments, agencies, and units shall inspect and remind residents to display the national flag in each residential area and unit under their management; organize street cleaning and decoration; remind households to clean the surrounding environment of their residences, replace old, faded flags with new ones to create urban aesthetics; arrange on-duty personnel on holidays to ensure security and order, safety of agencies, units, and public recreational areas; and ensure safety in disease prevention and control work according to regulations.
