Displaying the national flag on the occasion of the September 2nd holiday.

According to Notice No. 65/TB-UBND dated August 8, 2025, from the Provincial People's Committee, officials, civil servants, and employees of administrative agencies, public service organizations, political organizations, and socio-political organizations (collectively referred to as officials and civil servants) are scheduled to take National Day holiday from Saturday, August 30 to Tuesday, September 2.

Organizations and agencies that do not observe a fixed Saturday and Sunday weekly holiday schedule will base their holiday arrangements on their specific programs and plans.

During the holiday period, heads of departments, agencies, and units shall arrange on-call duty; organize working departments appropriately to handle work continuously, ensuring good service to organizations and the people; and other urgent tasks…

Specifically, government offices, armed forces barracks, medical facilities, schools, religious institutions, businesses, and households throughout the province will fly the national flag from September 1st to September 2nd.

Chairpersons of People's Committees of communes, wards, and special zones; heads of departments, agencies, and units shall inspect and remind residents to display the national flag in each residential area and unit under their management; organize street cleaning and decoration; remind households to clean the surrounding environment of their residences, replace old, faded flags with new ones to create urban aesthetics; arrange on-duty personnel on holidays to ensure security and order, safety of agencies, units, and public recreational areas; and ensure safety in disease prevention and control work according to regulations.
