According to Notice No. 65/TB-UBND dated August 8, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee, cadres, civil servants, public employees and employees of administrative agencies, public service agencies, political organizations, socio-political organizations (collectively referred to as civil servants and public employees) are arranged to have National Day holidays from Saturday, August 30 to Tuesday, September 2.

In particular, offices, armed forces barracks, medical facilities, schools, religious establishments, businesses and households throughout the province will fly the national flag from September 1 to September 2.

Chairmen of People's Committees of communes, wards, and special zones; heads of departments, branches, agencies, and units shall inspect and remind people to hang the national flag in each residential area and unit under their management; organize cleaning and decorating of streets; remind households to clean up the environment around their residences, replace old and faded flags with new flags to create urban beauty; arrange to be on duty on holidays, ensure security, order, and safety of agencies, units, and public entertainment areas; ensure safety in disease prevention and control work according to regulations.
