Mr. Mai Van Vu - Chairman of Bac Binh District People's Committee said: In order to effectively implement the programs, Bac Binh District People's Committee has allocated a capital plan to implement the National Target Program on socio-economic development of ethnic minority and mountainous areas in the district for the period of 2021-2025 of 77,726 billion VND, of which the central budget is 67,588 billion VND, the local budget (province and district) is 10,138 billion VND. This capital is invested to develop the socio-economy, national defense and security of ethnic minority areas, implemented according to the principle of concentrating resources in a comprehensive, synchronous and unified manner. Aiming at the goal of sustainable development and effectively exploiting the potential and strengths of each region, promoting the spirit of self-reliance of ethnic minorities. Strengthening the great national unity bloc and the people's trust in the Party and the State. Mobilize, attract and promote all resources to invest in socio-economic development in ethnic minority areas at a fast and sustainable pace, in which state resources are important and decisive. Strengthen international cooperation, diversify and socialize resources. Ensure and improve the efficiency of investment resources, prioritize focused and key investments, and concentrate on particularly difficult areas. According to the Ethnic Affairs Department of Bac Binh district, from 2021 to now, the district has supported 37 households lacking residential land, 106 households lacking housing, and 94 households lacking production land. Expanding the Doc Da domestic water system in Phan Lam commune, the water supply line in Tan Dien village, Phan Dien commune, Hoa Binh village line, Tu Son village line, Song Luy commune.
