Today, Ho Chi Minh City will experience hot and sunny weather at noon and early morning, followed by cool temperatures at night.

In addition, the average humidity in the area is quite high, above 60%, reducing the feeling of stuffiness compared to previous days. Furthermore, the districts and counties are forecast to have ultraviolet (UV) index levels ranging from high to very high (levels 6-8) posing a significant risk of harm.

Therefore, people should prepare thoroughly before going outside, using sun protection measures such as wearing UV-protective clothing, wide-brimmed hats for shielding, sunglasses to protect their eyes, and applying sunscreen.

In other provinces and cities in Southern Vietnam, the weather will be mostly cloudy with sunny days, and scattered showers and thunderstorms at night; northeast winds will be at level 2-3.

The lowest temperatures range from 22-25 degrees Celsius, with some areas in the East experiencing temperatures below 22 degrees Celsius. Meanwhile, the highest temperatures are around 30-33 degrees Celsius.

The sea area from Ba Ria - Vung Tau to Ca Mau (including the sea area of Ho Chi Minh City) today will experience strong northeasterly winds of force 6, sometimes force 7, gusting to force 8-9, with rough seas and waves 3-5 meters high. All vessels operating in these areas are at risk of being affected by tornadoes, strong winds, and high waves.
