Young defender debuts for MU

Starting lineup MU vs Wolves
MU just had an incredible comeback against Lyon in the quarter-finals of the European Cup 2. At home at Old Trafford, the Red Devils were 4-2 down with only 10 minutes left in the second extra time, but they scored 3 consecutive goals to win 5-4 and qualify for the next round.
The emotional victory over Lyon has helped MU keep hope of saving this season. They need to win the Cup Winners Cup to avoid going home empty-handed, and also get a ticket to the European Cup C1 next season. Therefore, coach Ruben Amorim is willing to "let go" of the Premier League to save the Red Devils' strength.
The Premier League matches are just a formality for MU. After 32 rounds, MU is ranked 14th with only 38 points. Their chances of improving their ranking are not much, when Crystal Palace (ranked 12th) has 44 points. Regardless of the result, the Red Devils' position will be around 13th to 17th, with the difference in rewards not too big. Of course, they cannot be relegated when they are 17 points ahead of Ipswich.
