The work of sending workers to work abroad for a limited period of time has also been promoted. The Center has consulted 511 workers on labor export. From December 2024 to June 2025, 232 workers officially went abroad, reaching 42.2% of the annual plan. The main labor export markets include Japan (181 workers), Taiwan (33 workers) and South Korea (8 workers).

In the first 6 months of 2025, the Center organized 29 job transaction activities, including 27 regular and periodic sessions, 1 online session in the Mekong Delta region and neighboring provinces, and 1 online session hosted by Dong Thap Employment Service Center. A total of 54 enterprises participated in consulting and interviewing, presenting recruitment needs for 13,770 people. Through the transaction sessions, 1,924 workers were consulted, 213 people participated in interviews, and 52 people were directly recruited or received application documents for interview appointments.

According to the Evaluation Center, despite achieving many positive results, the Center still faces some difficulties. The demand for recruiting unskilled workers in the province is increasing, but the number of unskilled workers looking for jobs at the Center is still low, leading to difficulties in connecting and supplying labor to businesses. The imbalance in supply and demand of unskilled workers is forecast to continue until the end of the year and next year...

In the last 6 months of 2025, the Center will continue to coordinate with departments, branches, training institutions and enterprises to organize consulting and propaganda activities, collect recruitment needs, and organize job search skills, foreign languages and vocational training classes. The Center will also continue to organize regular job fairs, job fairs, and online sessions to enhance the connection between labor supply and demand. At the same time, the dissemination of information on the labor market and unemployment insurance policies will be promoted through various channels.
