Deploying "Medicine cabinets" to border villages of Hue city

On the morning of August 25, at A Luoi 1 commune (Hue city), Hong Van Border Guard Station (Hue city Border Guard) coordinated with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of A Luoi 1 commune to organize the handover and put into operation the model "Medicine cabinet in the village" sponsored by readers of SGGP Newspaper and individuals and units in Hue city.

The first phase of this model was put into operation with 10 medicine cabinets delivered to border working groups in Hong Thuy, Hong Van, Trung Son villages, the A Luoi 1 Commune Police Headquarters, 4 prestigious village elders and village chiefs in villages of A Luoi 1 Commune and 2 Police units and Border Protection Company 514, Laos.

Each medicine cabinet is equipped with medical equipment including: blood pressure monitor, body temperature monitor and blood glucose monitor along with 12 common medicines to take care of the health of people in the mountainous villages of Truong Son, where travel is difficult.

The model of "Medicine cabinet in the village" was implemented according to the initiative of the Hue City Border Guard Command and officers and soldiers of the Hong Van Border Guard Station to take care of the health of people in border villages with difficulty traveling and being isolated during the annual rainy and stormy season...
