Hanoi's Old Quarter becomes even more colorful when the temperature drops. Walking around Hoan Kiem Lake is the best way to admire the red and yellow of autumn. At night, the streets are lit up by lanterns of all shapes and sizes, creating a truly enchanting scene," Time Out shared.
